Looks and sounds damn good.I’ve mastered these 5x7” lasagnas, yielding (4-5) 5x7” pans per recipe.
The key is a “cook all day meat sauce” then combine with pepperoni and layers of high quality cheeses and pasta.
Anyway, I make them into 5x7 pans and love that scaleable size. You can make one for 1-2 people, with a salad or side and it’s perfect. Or make 2 for 3-5 people with a pizza, etc.
I freeze the ones I am not baking right away. Thaw to room temp and bake like normal.
My recipe is so killer. I think I could enter a contest.

Sounds amazing! Cool to see Cammy got to go with you. Cheers.Brethren... I was down in Miami for work for several days and I went to an amazing restaurant last night... La Mar by Gaston Acurio. It was Peruvian/Asian. My Lord it was soooo good. Here's a couple of the dishes we ate like savages.
The pic of this doesn't do it justice. They basically made it tableside in this blazing hot stone bowl. It had Chinese pork, shrimp, tiny scallops, sweet potato, rice and I can't remember what else.

This was a whole yellowtail snapper. The fileted meat was cut into bite sized pieces and pilled-up on the rest of the fish. All of it was fried and it was sitting on an Asian sweet and spicy sauce. The fish was caught that day. I did eat the eyes too. We had already eaten a bunch of the bite sized pieces before I got the pic. Fire.

This dish had so much going on. There was octopus perfectly charred on the outside, big shrimp, and these flash fried potatoes that were better than french fries (super crunchy on the outside) and other stuff I can't remember. It was sitting in a long super hot cast iron skillet like thing. Dank AF.

I cannot give a higher recommendation for this place.

Sounds like a "skirts annnnnd her husband" type of deal.he said to Cammy - "Haven't you stayed here before?". She laughed and said yes. So I'm looking at the dude... and he says... "well I don't remember him". So I said "you mother fucker". And we all laughed. That bellman has apparently worked there for like 15 years.
Looks killer.@Ramrasta is trying to torture me right now with pics of what he is currently eating down in Mexico. He's winning at making me totally jealous.
