QB 2026

Already liked his game though. Still needs work with his intermediate stuff. But if i had to draft someone today based on what i have seen it would be him. Overall point is its been a little underwhelming the QB play this year when coming in it was supposed to be a great crop of players coming out. Still plenty of time but nothing has jumped out yet, at least nothing great.
Mateer has been pretty great

Rams PFF grades: Best and worst performers vs. Titans

And where the frick are the long pass plays to Tutu - let Stafford take that 2.3 sec drop and throw in far knowing Tutu will run under it if one on one.
This. What is the actual reason to not toss a deep bomb on 1st or 2nd down when the box is STACKED for an inside run? History tells you, Tutu can come up with those more often then not. Then, guess what, that safety is going to think twice about being up in the box for the rest of the game. Its a win win I'm just unsure why McVay would not agree with that.

Rams vs Titans: Media Fallout

Stafford's back was the reason why all of the experts diminished the Rams chances this year. Two games, two wins and Stafford looks good. The few stories out there about the latest win do not mention Stafford's back that much, if at all. IF McVay would have went for that last TD, I bet there would be more stories about the team this morning, but Sean is a sportsman that doesn't like to rub the loser's face in the loss.
They all will expect the Rams to be handled the Iggles. If we win, there will be stories next week about how the Iggles just had a bad game.
Yep, you summed it up pretty nicely. Been there, done that! Always the other team's fuck-up as the reason we get the win. :sleepy:

The Father of the Year

This man from China, whose name I don't know, put his body on the line to keep his toddler daughter from bumping her head on the concrete after she climbed on and tipped over a toy wagon. Fortunately, the girl was none worse for the wear (aside from crying because hey, she's a toddler and she took a big spill), and aside from what looks like road rash, he seems to be okay as well.

It's something the dads here would likely do, but still, you see so many bad stories and bad endings that you're grateful for every father who cares about their child, tries to protect them, and prevents a tragedy from something like this.

The Financial Hack That Built the Eagles Into the NFL’s Super Team

Saw a video on it recently. Basically, Phillly is betting the cap goes up by like double due to a new TV deal coming soon. Also, he sold a percentage of the team to get the money. Seem to have been a good move though as the value of the team has dramatically increased AND they have kept their talent together.

But all this talk about their GM being the greatest ever is ridiculous if you factor in what is essentially a no cap situation.

Josh Karty a weapon on kickoffs

That knuckleball is a thing of beauty when he gets it off. Hopefully it becomes more consistent with practice but it really caused some issues yesterday for the returner on several occasions and gave our coverage an extra second. Wouldn't be surprised if that ends up being a score for us one of these days when returner has it bounce through his hands and behind him.

Sanders Poll

I have always hated Deion and his I am to good to do the dirty work and look at me attitude. I wanted so bad for someone to lay him out, but he felt he was to good to tackle anyone so it never happened. Now, it is to bad his son has to lay in the bed his father shit in, but Deion finally got his ass kicked.
I can remember hating on this Atlanta Falcon kid so.......bad.........
I remember seeing him pick off a Rams QB (Miller ?) and doing that hand behind the head high step along the Rams sideline. I used to dream of some Rams 8th string backup center coming off the bench and close lining him by the neck so hard he layed on the ground and did not move.
Now seeing the video of Dion's kid, his room and all that bling, rich kid with this giant attitude that his play could not back up. He makes me want to puke and seeing him fall, humbled is nothing short of glorious.

My son caught these Snook yesterday. Frying these up after the game.

Snook are one of the best tasting fish in the ocean. You can’t buy the meat though... not allowed to be sold commercially, so most people never get to taste one. Super mild white flakey meat... zero fishy taste.

A snook? Why it is preposterous. One fish two fish, red fish, blue fish.
