I'm the opposite of salty but certainly understand and support my fellow fans whose continued enjoyment of this team was interrupted by bad calls. When you get hurt, most people say ouch. No big deal.Yall are as salty as the saints fans were after the nfccg. My god.
Higs leg looks lit locks b/c of the turf maybe and the hit causes the hyper-extension.Higbee is twice his size, looked to me initial contact was on the thigh pads
Maybe one might wanna question the QB who hung him out to dry
I suppose Number 31 could have asked Higgs “would you kindly drop to the turf Sir”
Players go low in every game Going low can be the thigh. It can be the ankles or the calves. However, helmet or shoulder directly on the knee? I don’t see that very often and it’s for a good reason. He did the same thing to Hockenson a few weeks ago.You seriously trying to say that dbs don't go low on bigger players? You can't be serious. I didn't say he the pass needed to be perfect I said it's fair to criticize the throw.
I’d agree if I didn’t see his other hits. Maybe it’s too similar to the Niners with Shanahan.Higs leg looks lit locks b/c of the turf maybe and the hit causes the hyper-extension.
Not cool but maybe not as dirty as it seems at first glance?
The hit to Higbee’s knee and the uncalled fouls are two different topics. If the Rams had won that game, I’d still be mad about that hit.I'm the opposite of salty but certainly understand and support my fellow fans whose continued enjoyment of this team was interrupted by bad calls. When you get hurt, most people say ouch. No big deal.
If they hold on to it for years, they didn't hurt the Lions, only themselves. It's a life lesson few of us seem to learn. I have, therefore I celebrate.
Now you're just looney. Even if you watched this game and think the Higbee hit was clean, you can't possibly think what happened to Stafford was OK. You either didn't watch the game or you need to get your eyes checked. The only hit that I would call "dirty" in the gm is the hit johnson landed on Reynolds. That one was brutal imo.
Not saying it was dirty or illegal but like I said:He made a clear choice to go low. You people expecting these defenders to follow unwritten rules in a playoff gm are ridiculous. Do you honestly expect these guys to worry about that shit when the gm is win or go home? Like come on. Yall mad at the wrong person. Get mad at the NFL for making going for the legs the only sure fire way to not draw a flag and catch a fine.
“That’s how we play football here. Just keep your head up, see what you hit. That will always be what I tell Kerby. Just keep your eyes up so you don't hit on the crown of your helmet. You hit a spine, mess yourself up there. Just see what you hit.
He’s going for the thigh board and staying away from the head. That’s how we play defense here. We're not dirty. We hit."
Low life bastard of a coach and how he’s teaching his players.. sickening. Before the game I thought that if we lost I would be rooting for the Lions the rest of way, well after how the fans have acted and watching back this hit and the one Stafford I have to say that I won't now. Fuck the Detroit fans and this player in particular, hope their season is over next game
Go watch the Stafford "mic'd up"The only hit that I would call "dirty" in the gm is the hit johnson landed on Reynolds. That one was brutal imo.
