This is the big thing. Those arguing that the violence was minimal are ignoring that he was trying to go medieval on her. Unlike Rice, he had his entourage around to restrain him, or he likely would have done real damage. Those who are arguing self-defense have forgotten one important detail. After they were separated and Kareem had walked away he came back and pursued her and then kicked, thus erasing any claim of self-defense - at least in most if not all states.

He deserves suspension just by the fact he forgot how to be a man. Poor baby, he got pushed by a woman, so he decided to whoop her into submission? He is no man, and he ought to be suspended until he becomes one. My opinion only.
