Goff just turned 25 and McVay is turning 34 in a little over a month. Both of these guys are still learning and both will be great in this league for a long time. It's great that they're locked together and can grow in this offense-- TOGETHER.

I was so pissed that long Gurley TD got called back. Refs seemed to have it out for us with ticky tack BS the entire game. Oh well. We dominated these shitbirds and we'll dominate the other shitbirds next week. GO RAMS!

Had a chance to be there, my B-day gift from the wife...

Quick summary from the 50-yard line was simple: the offense pretty much did whatever they wanted to all day.
To a certain degree, so did the defense. Just 88 tot yards allowed through three qtrs.

Lots of fun to watch.

TBH this isnt the game to judge how good we are and how bad the Cards are. Murray isnt as good as Mahomes or Jackson but he definitely has a ceiling to be a dangerous QB for years to come.

Rams played great, probably the most complete game of the year, while the Cards probably played their worst game of the year.

Vance Joseph might possibly be the worst DC in the league. The Cards should have 2 or 3 more wins but their D has genuinely cost them some games (The Detroit and 49ers games come to mind). Today shows how bad their D really is when the offense cant put up any points.

That was the rams team we all know and love.

Not sure who those imposters were last week.

Don't forget the cards pushed the whiners all the way twice this season. A fair few posters here were saying they were going to overtake the rams this season. Probably the same people who will say we can't take anything out of this win because of the level of competition.

This has been a strange week. There were many upsets. The Panthers, Patriots, and Jets lose to inferior teams. Then this Cardinals team looks nothing like the one that played the Niners tough. I was worried about the Cards after watching that game, and knowing the Rams were facing another running QB, I was extra worried. But the Cards looked bad and the Rams looked good. McVay made some more adjustments, or the slightly improved OLine play has allowed just enough time to get the quick passes out. The defense kept Murray in check. It was an overdue performance. I hope it means the team had a gut check, and are getting closer to the of play from the start of the season.

If McVay and company can right this ship I will have some restored faith in this regime's ability. This team today looked more like the one that beat the Saints this year and should have beaten Seattle away.

After seeing the Cards play the Niners tougher than the Rams did, I was worried that they would defeat the Rams. So did the Cards come back to earth?. Did the Rams figure out how to exploit weaknesses? Or is this Rams team clawing its way back to respectability? Tune in next week and the week after that, and maybe we will have our answer. Right now I'll take the win but will also be scratching my head about what I saw from this team these last two weeks.

Goff showed he can be effective rolling right and left. It keeps the D guessing and honest instead of a straight bull rush . The throw back to Higbee was impressive and using the TE was great to finally see

Must keep doing this! Get Goff in up-tempo and moving around!

Anyone else notice a little bit of fire in Goff? His drop backs were quicker, his release was quicker and throwing darts. Getting out in front to block Peterson on the long screen pass to Woods? That’s the fastest I’ve ever seen him run. Chandler Jones tapped him on the head at one point and Goff kind of got in his face about it. Maybe he’s tired of hearing the stigma about him but he sure did play with some passion yesterday. Great team win overall. I think we can take the Seahawks.
