It also proved Murray is no Mahomes or Jackson. AZ sold out to go all in on a much lesser player. Look at all the QB's they passed on to do it. Now they have a HC who continues his losing ways and a QB who isn't what that HC said he was. As a Ram fan ya gotta love it.

TBH this isnt the game to judge how good we are and how bad the Cards are. Murray isnt as good as Mahomes or Jackson but he definitely has a ceiling to be a dangerous QB for years to come.

Rams played great, probably the most complete game of the year, while the Cards probably played their worst game of the year.

Vance Joseph might possibly be the worst DC in the league. The Cards should have 2 or 3 more wins but their D has genuinely cost them some games (The Detroit and 49ers games come to mind). Today shows how bad their D really is when the offense cant put up any points.

Sarcasm right? McVay doubters been yelling at him to run more... we passed 31 times in the first half.
I was referring to head scratching DC planning, Gurley not getting consistent carries, and not moving Goff around more to compensate for the inexperience at the OL.

Consistency in the run game is what is important. If you feel the defense is giving you the pass game, you take it. I’m not one to say do this, or else. I think it’s ignorant.

We felt we had an advantage wth our TE today, for instance, and we killed them with it. We need more game planning like that.

I subscribe to the saying, let success be your guide.

He won't be in the league in another few years.

His ceiling is what he's done this year.

Next year he's going to get smashed.

The year after that a decision will be made to move on from him and the HC.

The year after that he MIGHT get a backup job or play in Canada.

This is Johnny Tricycle all over again.

A too small, to slight, weak arm, can't read defenses, running Qb who slops up passes or throws really small.

The league has seen a lot of these guys come and go. Only an idiot of a HC or GM latches themselves to one.

Lot’s of questions answered in this statement game.

Where to start?

McVay CLEARLY hasn’t ‘lost this team’.

Goff CAN spin it if protected.

Don’t look now but the Rams May have found a running game.

Gurley looks pretty darned good when his OL opens holes.

Don’t think we’ll hear any more posters suggesting trading Woods. Lol.

No Everett? No problem. Higbee had a helluva game.

I watched Evans fairly closely. He’s really coming along and it wouldn’t surprise me if Hav never reclaims his starting position. I’m serious.

Edwards drew 4 flags but at least 2 of them were ticky tack. He’ll be fine as our starting RG moving forward.

I guess I’ll just STFU about Wade retiring. He had his D ready to play and they just smothered the Cards start to finish.

Rapp just keeps getting better and better. What a joy to watch another rookie blossom.

Speaking of joy, how nice it was to see such pressure on Murray all game long.

Loved seeing so many backups getting snaps. The experience factor alone was priceless. And the tape will sure help with making offseason decisions.

GZ missed a 41 yarder? Seriously?

I was unable to watch Corbett other than a couple of plays but he certainly didn’t embarrass himself. Could he possibly evolve into a quality starter at LG? Pinch me, somebody! Lol.

Okay, I know it was the Cards, but it was on a short week and in their house and after the Rams suffered a gut wrenching humiliation on MNF. Sooooo...

It’s almost certainly too little, too late, but one has to be proud of how the Rams responded today. Hope to see 4 more efforts like this to close out the year with pride and regain respect around the league.

Know what? Our offseason challenges might not be as large as we had thought. Maybe I’ll have a drink instead of that cigar. Hehe.

Taylor Rapp gets my game ball.

Also, Ramsey deserved that interception because the call on Okoronkwo was complete shit.

There are no words for how important it was for this team to respond to last week's loss. So forget about quality of opponent, what we saw today was precisely what we should have seen if this team still has heart and plays for one another.

One of the biggest wins in McVay's young history. Oh and...

I’ve been thinking about the implications of the new stadium. We need a few more wins...but yes!

There isn't another team in the league that I see using receivers as lead blockers yet Rams do it consistently.

Woods and Kupp are excellent in the blocking game.

The hole that Gurley picked on his touchdown was behind Woods and Kupp.
