I was born and raised in CA but it's not that state anymore. Oh the car thief was never charged and I spent $3K on an attorney to get the charges dismissed. The attorney said a public defender would have advocated for a plea deal meaning my son was the guilty party. The thief came back and stole my neighbor's car and drove it to Mexico even though the police were called within 5 minutes of the theft. As far as I know he's still stealing cars.

So it's clear the Niner fan being the aggressor is innocent and the Rams fan went to jail....just like I knew would happen. If the Niner fan wasn't presumed innocent they would have no grounds to arrest the Ram fan. They would have questioned him and investigated further.

The actions that have been reported and described would probably be defined as retaliation, not self-defense.

If someone is coming after you? Drop that motherfucker. A bitch push? Well.. if you drop him, that's probably on you.

If there's more to it than what I have read, my bad.. but certainly didn't sound like self defense to me.

I think that's a likely scenario had we lost.

The reason I call him Dumbo is he put a target on his own back with his mouthiness and arrogance, which might have cost them the championship. Even kids learn that's not smart in basic youth sports, I mean wtf.

Has the NFL acknowledged the hit Stafford received from Warner? That was some bullshit and he deserves more than some slap on the wrist fine.

I hope its taking so long on the Warner hit because it is pretty serious and they are determining what is appropriate. Other wise it is a slap in the face to the Rams.

The guy who appears around the seven-minute-mark has the best line in my opinion.

He tries to be philosophical at first (that's OK) but then he goes on to explain how fans should only make noise when their defense is on-the-field (just annoying there). The highlight is in-the-middle when he says 'and I got court in the morning ... how do you think I feel?'
