Sorry but I turned the other cheek a whole lot as a kid. But in college I stopped and decided if anyone lays hands on me all bets are off. If I get my ass kicked defending myself so be it. At least I will have my self respect something I didn't have as a kid.

Why am I in Tucson now? I was just staying with my nephew in Vail, AZ when I went to Tucson to get something. It was broad daylight when 2 punks saw a "non-white" old guy. They came up to me and demanded my money. So I acted like I was going to get my wallet and instead pulled my compact 9mm and stuck it in his face. I said I will count to 3 and if your so stupid as to still be here you both are dead. I didn't even get to 2. In CA I would be going to jail. In AZ they don't have a stand your ground law but open carry is legal and the AZ statutes clearly say I don't have a legal obligation to run away like in CA. Here I have the right to defend myself. That is why I decided to stay.

The way I look at it if you want to be a bully then you are accepting the risk of whatever happens to you. Regardless of what transpired before, the other guy was moving away and had his back turned. But in CA he still would face legal problems even now. I'm sorry but being one who has been on the other side of those kinds of encounters, I have zero sympathy. IMO he did it to himself. As pointed out what if the other guy triped and hit his head? HMMMM KARMA IS A BITCH But LA media is all about how terrible this was. I grew up in a barrio they have no idea what terrible is.

"What happened to Daniel Luna is reprehensible, and we strongly condemn all violence," the 49ers said in a statement to the LA Times. "We know local authorities in Los Angeles are conducting a full investigation and we're here to support them however we can."
What about the violence committed against our Horns on the field? Wasn't that reprehensible too? Will we have the 49ers cooperating with the NFL and legal authorities to identify and punish the violators?

Yeah, he did at a podium during an interview ... don't know if it was immediately postgame, but I did see it somewhere.

Edit - found it. Viewer discretion advised, as this video contains extreme bitchiness by a whiny little sore loser bitch:

Poor Dumbo thought those loud footsteps he was hearing were pumped in by the Rams. Nothing pumped in. Just Nick Scott patrolling the middle. It was a no fly zone for Dumbo after the second quarter. Dumbo made a business decision and disappeared

That press conference is from early January, after the Week 18, Regular Season ending loss to the Niners.

I think Scott wants to be another Rodney Harrison type of safety. If you come across the middle you do so at your own peril. Yeah, Nick the enforcer. He's gonna make sure you feel the pain. LOL Gotta love it.

Niner fan instigated the fight by pushing the Rams fan. Rams fan pushed and punched back at Niner fan who hit his head on the pavement. Was it the punch that caused the knockout or was it the asphalt?

Anyway, Niner fan was too brave with the 65% Niner crowd around him and thought they would come to his assistance. Apparently, the 65% Bang Bang Niner Gang did not care and left him lying in the parking lot until security found him.

Regardless, it was mutual combat. If the comatose Niner fan dies, then Rams fan could be charged with involuntary manslaughter. Otherwise, set the Rams fan free.

Rams fan definitely was defending himself. What is not to say that he could have hit his head from Niner fan’s push and went comatose? So was he wrong to retaliate ?

The Ram fan was arrested. Exactly why I moved permanently to AZ. Defending yourself in CA is illegal. My son caught a guy trying to steal his car in San Diego and dragged him out of his car and threw him on the pavement. You got it, my son was arrested for assault. WTF? It's why he's in AZ too. In CA you are supposed to allow yourself to be abused. When my home was burglarized in San Diego, the police never responded. They couldn't be bothered.

I was born and raised in CA but it's not that state anymore. Oh the car thief was never charged and I spent $3K on an attorney to get the charges dismissed. The attorney said a public defender would have advocated for a plea deal meaning my son was the guilty party. The thief came back and stole my neighbor's car and drove it to Mexico even though the police were called within 5 minutes of the theft. As far as I know he's still stealing cars.

So it's clear the Niner fan being the aggressor is innocent and the Rams fan went to jail....just like I knew would happen. If the Niner fan wasn't presumed innocent they would have no grounds to arrest the Ram fan. They would have questioned him and investigated further.

Sorry I'm venting I'm done.
