That was the most unnecessary hit of the day IMO. Odell took it like a champ too btw.

How that ends up being almost the same cost as Ramsey talking shit makes zero sense to me. They need to take a long look at their rationale on that and make sure that taking shots at other players is where the big fines are.
Bigger penalties too imo. If they really want to stop it, then make a fifteen yard variety for incidental and a 50 yard variety for intentional.

People need to go after Warner next year. If the NFL isn't going to police the players and levy fines for clear cheap shots like this, it's going to be up to the players.

Can we hire Gregg Williams as an offensive assistant for next season?
And bring Hines Ward back from retirement for two games?

Since when is it "no flag no fine?" I seem to recall the league laying out fines for shit the refs miss in the past. Especially in the playoffs where it's so easy to review the details with lesser film to watch.
They probably felt the it deserved a flag (which is too late), but not a fine.

The league has too many rules. They have so many that they can't even inforce them correctly.

Hell, even a catch seems to be a judgment call, anymore.
