Pretty reductive, but you do you.And it's about to cost him his starting QB...
It's not fixing anything. It would be smart to have showcased him in an attempt to get a comp pick. What's done is done though. Why is anyone upset?
I’d much rather have the organization start fixing shit than holding on to pieces that ain’t in the team’s future.
This season is over.
Lol He gave up 12 pressures and 4 Sacks IN ONE GAME...Pretty reductive, but you do you.
Meh on Gordon.
There are actually two guys on the Ravens’ practice squad I’d consider. One is Tyler Badie, a rookie RB out of Missouri. The other is Ben Mason, a FB/TE out of Michigan.
Yeah, he might cost us a playoff spot
Maybe.....just thought we should showcase him cuz we need all the picks we can get. I hope Akers shows up the rest of the season but if not, they need to go after a back like Pollard or Jacobs. We need some juice back there and if Akers doesn't show anything, it'll be a foolish gamble to hope he returns to form next year.Still, Akers is under contract through the 2023 season while Henderson is due to hit free agency following THIS season. If McVay & Akers have reached a mutual understanding, perhaps Akers sticks ?
I doubt they are signing Gordon. I don't see it happening.I'm more worried that we sign Gordon to a multi-year deal.
I think using the roster spot is more valuable and I need to see as much of Akers and Williams as possibleIt's not fixing anything. It would be smart to have showcased him in an attempt to get a comp pick. What's done is done though.
Gotta agree.Akers isn’t an FA.
I like it.. not because I don’t like Henderson or Hollins or Blanton… it’s because they’re doing nothing and aren’t in the team’s future.
Let’s start churning that fucking roster.
Not sure why we need to see them based on the FA market coming up for running backs. I'd go get one of them as they are better than what we got now plus they aren't breaking the bank as bad as other positions. Williams I get seeing, Cam not so much.I think using the roster spot is more valuable and I need to see as much of Akers and Williams as possible
Reductive because you’re not acknowledging that they’ve done a ton to avoid having him play. Guys keep going down.Lol He gave up 12 pressures and 4 Sacks IN ONE GAME...
But yah...reductive...
It's not just a about losing a late pick. We could have packaged it with something else for trades. Oh well, that avenue is gone. Hopefully the fuss it's causing is all for not.Gotta agree.
Hendo was the best RB on the team this year but did they intent to resign him? If not, then fine release him, though there has to be something behind the scenes to have caused it.
Go out and sign a big, quick back off somebody's PS, preferrably a rookie who they won't lose in the off season. D'Vonte Price? So they miss out on a 6th or 7th round comp in 2024? Oh shit!!! Call the cops!!!
I think Evans hired a voodoo specialist....it's the only fuckin explanation! LolReductive because you’re not acknowledging that they’ve done a ton to avoid having him play. Guys keep going down.
They HAVE brought guys in.
But guys keep getting hurt.
Who says to use the roster spot on a running back? Not sure why we need to see them based on the FA market coming up for running backs. I'd go get one of them as they are better than what we got now plus they aren't breaking the bank as bad as other positions. Williams I get seeing, Cam not so much.
