Yeah. Wolford has had zero practice with the offense, so he can't give us the best chance to win.
I am however, interested in seeing what Wolford is all about.
If he stinks, he's hardly to blame, not having any starts in the NFL and no practice reps, until this week.

But what if he can be an average game manager that doesn't turn the ball over? Hmmmm.

Kinda interested to see our final game this season. I don't expect to win, and I do expect the stupid Bears to shock the Packers. Ouch.

We had 4 plays from the 1 and couldn't punch it in, either. See how losing was a team effort?
It's the butterfly effect, if you change one thing in time, every outcome after also changes. If we go up 13-3, we call different plays and the outcome of the game goes a different direction.

So here's how it could all play out....
Wolford plays amazing and the Rams win big
Sadly, after practice Wolford is in a strange accident on his bicycle where he perishes (this is satire, dont get your panties in a bunch)
In a twist of fate, Kroenke shows up at practice and proves to the team he can play QB!
Unfortunately he tragically falls in to a well (after being shot)
Goff leads the team to the Superbowl against the Pittsburgh Steelers, where late in the game he gets knocked unconscious, body goes completely limp... Then magically leaps off the stretcher and leads the team to victory!!!!
Man, Deja Vu??

Goof being 100% reliable up until now gave the front office a reason to not worry about the backup QB situation. And now it might come back to bite us.

Not sure if this article was already posted but he already has a big believer

That’s a cool article.

I would love to see some RPO’s and really throw the defense off.

Most first starts for QB’s go terrible but he’s been in the system for awhile now and has the legs to deal with our piss poor Oline.

I'm sorry.... doesn't anyone have anything positive to say about how the fuck he popped his thumb back in and powered through it with some lazer throws? Believe me... I'm seriously concerned about Goff's overall capabilities. That being said... I'm not concerned about his toughness and heart.

You KNOW AZ will be coming ferociously bay Wolford so it's critical they roll him out and get some quick passes and rhythm early.

I'm not concerned about any of the above, but he's always been tough as nails. I'm fucking ecstatic that he'll be our QB1 moving forward. Fix the o-line and get a deep threat and Goff will be fine.

Nah there's too many assholes interested in criticizing people than to be impressed with what he did. Some of the comments about him recently really hit the lowest common denominator.

a lot of people gave him props for that... and like i said no one that plays in the nfl is "soft"

most us would piss down their legs.

Just being honest though - poping a thumb back into place really isn't that scary...

what is really scary is a 325lb man coming after you that can run like a horse... now that is fucking scary.

What about poping a thumb back into place you dislocated on a 325 lb man only to face further 325 lb men that can run like horses ?

Glad to hear they're adding Bortles. Predictable move but it's nice because he comes in knowing the playbook.

Rams now have a couple options in-game for the Cards so I like that they start Wolford then have Bortles on the bench if needed. Just hand it off, complete some high percentage short passes, and don't fuck up.

yeah thats scary also..

I've done it myself.. popped broken finger back into place - to play pick up basketball lol

I saw a guy dislocate his shoulder in a flag football game and pop it back into place and keep playing.

People who like sports (like goff) want to play at all costs even when it means even less.

Goff isn't soft, but no one that plays in the nfl is.
