Trying to be positive.

The players seem to really like the bone. Why not have a bone horn helmet? Like the classic blue and white helmet. The yellow strip on the pants matching the helmet looks good on the bone. Wish they made them wear the shoes that match. I like the numbers but, still have to adjust to the fade to white. I think the bone is growing on me.

It looks like horns inside the jersey numbers.

I didn't like the segment horn logo but, it is what it is. The helmet color looks fresh and I hope on TV the horns will look good.

I get they are going after the younger market with a more modern feel if there is such a thing. Other teams have been doing it for a while.

They don’t even have the nicest uniforms in their own stadium. Overall fail when the throwbacks from the last few years look better than the redesign.

Generally positive to me.

Love the bone uniform.
Actually like the helmet despite the split in the horn - think it would look better without but still works for me.
Dislike the gradient in the numbers
The little patches on the top left shoulder look shite
The yellow on the sleeves of the blue uniform would have been preferable if they'd been made to look like horns.

This is pretty much the way I see it, every point.
I REALLY like those bone unis - they have a throw-back feel with some cool modern touches. Beautiful.
... I think I differ here with most of you - I don't care for the blue jerseys with yellow pants. It looks too old and worn out. Time for something better.

I mean this new shoulder is without a doubt a downgrade:

The curled shoulder horns looked good in promo pics, but if you look at actual game images, a lot of players had the bottom of the horn tucked under anyways. It ended up making the same semi-circle shape with a tiny sliver of horn poking out mid-sleeve.

I thought this was impossible but the gradient numbers just seal it for me. Fucking ugly ducklings.

And there are enough little puppies to roll over and go fetch a jersey because it’s new and trendy. They’ll buy whatever gets put in front of them.

This is a good point. Also, I LOVE that the helmet color now matches the jersey. Your bottom picture really shows how bad that looked.

The Horns were the one thing that should not have been changed.

Colors and uniforms can change but not the horns.

Of course we know that at one time the horns were;
Wider
White
Different shades of yellow and gold.
Had sparkly metal flake in them.
Different shapes.

This is just kind of a modern evolution.

There are some negative comments going each way. I'll never understand how somebody can like that boring plain never look like a Rams jersey in my life grey pile of crap but I won't insult somebody who does like it so I'd hope they won't insult me for not liking it.

Maybe we should have an app that when the Rams are playing like crap, you hit a button and their unis look like the Niners.

Which Niners? The 13-3 from 2019 or the 4-12 from 2018. Maybe the 6-10 from 2017. Niners haven’t put together back to back winning seasons since 2012-2013.

This.... I agree 100%. He was just fine with his disapproval of it and just like you explained what he hated, but unlike you he went after those who do like it and labeled them in some attempt to force them to think like he does.......(a lot of that going around these days).

I like the new stuff, but that doesn't force me to not like the traditional stuff anymore. I am still trying to see the bone in a better light.....maybe the field will make it pop.
