Looking at 2020 uniforms

I know this belongs more on the LASED thread, but that last tweet really shows the oculus in all its glory. The other angles were amazing, but seeing the same image repeated across 5 or 6 humongous screens is still not as impressive as the single video across ALL SCREENS. wrapping around the entire stadium? WHAT?

There isn't a word for what this will look like. EPIC is too mild.

I think uniforms may be imminent. RamsFanShop.com is selling helmets that will ship on or before May 13th. The helmet in the photo has no designs on it which leads me to believe it’s a placeholder until the uniforms are released.

2 shades of orange being added makes me a little nervous. I picture a yellow to orange gradient uniform like the Falcons did.

Throwbacks are not regular uniforms or helmets. The NFL has altered the rule for now that the decals can only be changed for throwback uniforms. So unless the white horns are on the throwbacks we can’t have them to just alternate for home and away uniforms. That league rule is being discussed as a potential 2021 league change.

Based on that photo, seems like the blue and whites are the throwbacks. A home, away, and alt (yellow jerseys).

I'm not even that worried about it, that photo is just a concept found on the internet.

Seriously, it’s getting ridiculous at this point. I understand they had all these grand plans to reveal them and covid19 has thrown a wrench in them but it’s time to pull the cord and just let it happen.

This is me just wondering about this delay…maybe Demoff is in major damage control and pulled the plug on the uniforms after the reception the branding received, therefor setting back the unveiling and is scrambling to make sure they get it right…

Well, I do want them to look good, but if it took them this many years to feel out the uniforms and came up with shit, how could they fix that in a few weeks to a month?

I'm hoping you're correct (if the uni's actually do blow). I'm thinking though that the original plan is still a go. Which I believe was revealing the uni's at the opening of the Stadium.

Yeah that "modernized" horn makes me very nervous I already don't like these new logo's and that makes me not like the jersey/helmet.

IMO they are changing the uni's. Why else would they take so long? With everything shut down they have a captive audience. But they got such a negative response on the logo I think they are taking the huge logo on the back off. LOL

You move to LA and must share the market with the Chargers...

You have billions in cost overruns of your stadium...

You rebrand your team, and now people confuse your franchise logo with the Chargers... (I realize not everyone does, but even 1 person... sorta screams problem with your rebrand).

My gawd. Just read that again. I’d be pissed... just a little.

I hope these uniforms make us proud RAMS.
