Man, when I was at Culinary school they rotated AM or PM schedules. When I took Charcuterie it was an AM class, we had to prepare dishes for display, it would seriously make me hurl. Mind you, I have an iron constitution and could drink a glass of spoiled milk after a night of booze without even wretching, but that Aspic gelee shit is just the most disgusting stuff ever.Keep looking. I'll bet you find some meat dishes made with gelatin.

Her grandmother also had a Thanksgiving jello dish. Cherry jello, applesauce and red hots and for some reason a dollop of mayo on top. That is some scary shit. The things they did with gelatin.
Though not as strange as these, my grandmother used to make a jello salad every Christmas. It was a disgusting family tradition and has been carried down ever since. Some of the family even claims to like it. But sorry... Anything that consists essentially of lemon jello, mayo, canned fruit cocktail, and soggy pecans is simply a not going on my plate.

Right?Damn. I looked once again at that Spinach Supreme...
Right?
I'd like to see somebody make those recipes, take a picture, try them and tell us what they think.
We should spice up Pickem this week with a challenge like that!
Or Sportsbook biggest loser!
Loser makes and eats Spinach Supreme!

Sous Vide true Prime Rib. 134° for 6 hours then broiled on all sides to carmelize the Hog Wired Rub on the outside. Ridiculousness.
