I know that was sarcasm. But even if he were a minority, i don’t think he’d qualify for picks - I think there’s a multi year requirement with team. Since only one year...wouldn’t qualify. At least I think that’s the rule

Actually I read if you lose two in the same year it is only one more additional 3rd... So three 3rd rounders total, one per year.

Huge loss. The Rams have been great in the draft and he's a big reason why. Compensation picks are great! And sounds like even more covid be on the way if others get poached. But for the picks to amount to anything, we'll need capable replacements lined up. The picks do come at the right time, as we have no 1st rounder.

Happy for anyone that gets a chance at a better gig that they've worked so hard for.

It feels great that teams are so frequently looking to poach our talent now, even if it hurts losing qualified people. Times sure have changed...

Itwould be nice to see the competition raised as frequently as the Rams are for coaches and Front office staff.

Agreed on everything here. Such is the carousel of the NFL when you’re consistently solid every season.

Times have definitely changed. It’s a beautiful thing though and I’m relishing every moment we are in right now. Would have liked another division title, but a conference championship will do... and then, finishing in the Super Bowl.

I’m all for promotions and this one was well earned. But these one year and out coaching hires suck balls.

As I understand it, two candidates in the same cycle would only be 3 consecutive comp picks. I believe that's the max.

Urban is one of my favorite coaches in the NCAA....I just dont know that he has what it takes to successfully make the transition. He is going to have some struggles getting guys to buy in. But he has a great football mind. We will see...Im very skeptical

Bum deal. most of our assistants don't last more than one year. Maybe, we still get another pick for Farmer though, that would be 3.
