Have to factor in those teams going through a 2 or 3 win season. So for an older QB like Burrow, could mean an injury plagued season again for him. For a young QB like Maye, could mean he sucked.
So yeah, I think whoever picks first will take a QB like Manning IF he is an absolute stud.
For example, post the disastrous 22' season, had the Rams had the #1 pick and Manning was considered a tremendous prospect and was available that year, the Rams take him and move on from Stafford a year later. And that's one year removed from a SB win.
Now if Manning is so so and there are questions, then maybe not.
Now, I heard one of the talking heads this week, I forget which, said that Manning is no slam dunk. Said people think he is the second coming of Elway, but his arm is not elite, good, but not elite, and he has barely played at the college level.
