Cousins is 2-8 in his career as a starter. I don't understand how any objective fan can say that they guarantee the Skins are going to win. Especially without Jackson.

Have seen this way too much. So many analysts and others are blaming the Seahawks lose on Kam Chancellor being out. Do these idiots realize we were on our third string RB, along with not having Quick or Gaines? All the people saying we beat the Seahawks only because Kam Chancellor was out need to shut up.
Meh - I think we all saw that coming. Let them keep making excuses. We just need to keep winning and have them look like dumbasses. A win is a win. It's not like they were playing with 10 guys on defense and that we had no one out.

Alex Ogletree is a first rounder. I am glad he thinks the Rams will be the #1 defense in the NFL by years end. And I am very curious about all the predictions about the Rams scoring 10-14 pts after scoring 27 pts (subtracted the TA return) on the best D in football last year.

They're deadskin fans. They arent exactly grade school grads. If they live in DC, theres a good chance that the crack cocaine has effected their ability to think.

Their defense looks pretty decent, which scares me. Our offensive line is very mediocre. Foles won't have much time to throw, unless we use a lot of play action with Tavon and Benny.

Agree with much of your post Penguin, but gotta disagree on the above.

Prior to that Seattle game I was very nervous because few defenses do as good a job up front as Seattle does. Rams OL wasn't perfect but they had a very good game in pass pro getting Foles just enough time. The sack and fumble/TD given up was partly on Foles since I don't think he had a good read on the left side like he should have; it is something he'll learn from. Early in the game the 3-4 might throw them a bit, but I don't think this OL is going to have problems.

I actually suspect they'll play better in week 2. These guys just survived a trial by fire. Think about it... Their confidence should be soaring in game 2 and it will help them to navigate the adversity like poor field position and the fan noise. With a young line like that success and more snaps with them remaining healthy should only lead to better and better play. My expectation is we see good enough pass pro and better holes in the running game as Cigs adjusts to what his young lineman do best.

You may be right haha. I am just very nervous about our line facing a 3-4. So many different blitz packages and looks that might confuse or startle our young line. But hell, if they play good, just a better chance to win. I hope they can prove to me they are a good bunch of lineman this year.

I can't blame any other fan for wanting to be optimistic. I've been there. I think we win this one but we can't let our heads get too big. This team is young and young teams sometimes come out flat.

True, but the experience is there. No reason for this team to come out flat.

I've never been so confident about winning a game before. Their team is worse then last year and if we had a QB it would have been another 52-0 drubbing. 31-3 only because I predict our offense will turn it over at some point. Bring it on, fuckers.
Our teams worst than last year .lol ok tell me how.

Man, for a minute there I had some respect for those Skins fans... but then came in the idiots:

"35-14 skins. Sunshine 5 td passes" - LOLOLOLOLOL no.

"their offense is garbage. Their Oline is a steaming pile of doggy doo, their running game is pee wee caliber, their receivers are, well, who cares really. Their offense sucks." - Interesting. He just explained the Redskins.

I'm not going to say we go in there and kill em', but I'm confident the Rams will get the W. Rams win 24-10.

You do know he was being sarcastic.

Btw we alloed only 1 sack against miami DL. Alot of you dont know squat about the skins so far.

Im a skins fan but alot of us see us losing this game.
Best of luck to you guys this season, except this week of course. Recent history has Rams fans fairly excited for this game which is a new feeling for us in the past decade. Seattle fans also coming into the game were down playing the quality of our DLine and hyping their revamped OLine. We won't know until the whistle blows and they start banging heads how things will turn out though. But with the talent and how they've played in the past I have the utmost confidence the Rams DLine can succeed against any OLine in the NFL. We'll see how that plays out. By all means feel free to avatar up and stop by more often!

Wow I am really taken aback by some of the fans responses. Did they skip out on the last couple of years and not see their team?

The Redskins have been pretty below average and I don't think they have done anything to really make some great improvement other than yanking Griffin.

I can't see anyone picking them over this Rams team right now. Frankly if the Rams play like they did last week the Redskins won't even be in the game, they will have no chance.
