I am not blaming anyone for anything.

I am only saying that the designers had to deliver to a client. That client was the Rams org.
So unless we were involved in the process or someone that came out and details how that whole thing went down we don't know 100% for sure. But you can bank that they Rams organization paid for the redesign and that they gave approval.
So naturally you have to blame them because like that saying goes, a craftsman doesn't blame his tools.

And there is nothing is wrong with Radiohead. I met Thom Yorke at the Levi's Fader fort and he rocked our tshirt on stage. Dude is cool.

As a former graphic designer. I've been there. But the whole shite in portfolio is bogus, he should have multiple designs in his portfolio. They don't have to be client specific. I've created slick logo's that were declined repurposed them for other clients int he same type of business.

But the Fibonacci and other elements they put out in the portfolio doesn't sound like the client, sounds like the graphic artist trying to sell their design. So probably a bit of blame goes tot he artist. The Rams head looking lame is definitely goes to the artist as well.

Who knows how much crap the Rams Org had to do with it, or how much was on the artist. But they suck, regardless.

I agree the design sucks.
But the fact they were changed so radically to begin with makes me set the blame on the client.
