Apparently something *big* is gonna drop from Washington tomorrow. Its been described as sickening. Assuming its not something criminal or sleazy and all related to football, I'm gonna nuke me a bag of popcorn.

Their dysfunction is like no other.

They made them get rid of the other name and now they want to tell them what name to use? Like they own the team? Go fuck yourselves would be what Danny boy is thinking.

.
Yeah, that's not going to fly. Although I love the story of the "code talkers", that name will never happen.

Yes, 'n' how many years can a mountain exist
Before it is washed to the sea?
Yes, 'n' how many years can some people exist
Before they're allowed to be free?
Yes, 'n' how many times can a man turn his head
And pretend that he just doesn't see?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind

Long history of covering up sexual assault coming down the pipeline.

Watch Dan Synder get booted, I wouldn’t be surprised. So many people, fans included, have been giving guys like him a pass, it was only a matter of time.

I tell you, I’m shocked to hear the NFL team that took their cheerleaders passports away in a foreign country and pimped them out of high roller clients has a pending sexual abuse scandal dropping now. Shocked. Who could have seen this coming?

Getting back to being serious, this is apparently a 10 year scandal, including when Shannahan and McVay were there. Shanny has already had his name dropped regarding knowing that RG3 was out there chasing ass and thus “needed to go” so let’s hope that McVay is either not mentioned, or on the right side of things.

Rumors are there are on field issues as well as sexual assaults that were covered up. Just rumors at this point.

Argh...... amateur graphic designers out in force yet again

pleeeeeease stop

To all you kids put there with dreams of designing NFL logos, put the mouse down, step away from the Radiohead CD, and get ready for your shift at Starbucks

Sure, and instead we'll wait for the REAL professionals, that charge 7 figures to do it right! Like the top notch folks the Rams engaged for their brand relaunch????

Sorry, in many cases, these Starbucks-working Radiohead-listening wannabees are producing better logos/unis just for fun. They just don't package it in marketing BS as to what the significance of each color means and the influence of the fibonacci sequence...

Eek, all of this Redskins stuff is crazy. McVay doesn’t seem like the type to ever be caught up in this crap but scary and he’ll be questioned thoroughly I’m sure by both feds and the nfl if proof comes forward of Snyder and Gruden being involved in this disgusting shit. I wonder if this is the beginning of the Maxwell chick talking.

Yee-ikes, if that’s is true, and it came from Kapri Bibbss, the guy that was benched, so that’s a direct source.

Yeesh.

There are reports that it was off the field and on the field stuff as well, so this fits, plus reports that minority shareholders are looking to sell their stake in the team, sounds like there’s gonna be some big drama happening. The tease is really annoying though, don’t get what that’s about.

LOL. No, I have no graphic design talent whatsoever. I draw stick figures like a toddler.

This comment was more about the Rams chosen design team, not the particulars of the Foreskins design that was criticized.

The thing with spec designs (besides 89% of their total suck factor) is that the client isn’t there. The designers who created the Rams logo weren’t the real problem - it was the Rams Org. The client. It’s them who make the final decisions and they are the ones telling the designers what they want.

There is this story this really great designer told me as a warning. When he was starting out he had restaurant client he was hired to make a logo for. So he comes up with two real strong ones and decides he’s gonna throw in a third design that sucked just to steer them to the ones he likes. Well he shows them to his client and the pitches him on why he should pick the strongest one. The client agrees but then says he has to check with Jimmy. So he calls back to the kitchen and this ancient dude with long hair and missing teeth rolls out and the client asks him which one he likes and Jimmy picks the worst one - the one he threw in there just to steer them to the good ones - and the client says, we’ll take that one. So instead of having a good logo in his portfolio he ended up with shite.

My point is that it’s easy to play pretend with zero rules, and zero limitations.

If you hired the top design firm and said you have carte blanche, just bring me three concepts to modernize and brand this team for LA, you would have seen the coolest logos ever. But that is rarely rarely the case.

Real designers deal with clients.

Let’s wait to see what the top agencies who compete and win the account for the Foreskins end up coming up - it will be interesting with so much publicity and with with Daniel Snyder at the helm. It may get ugly.

Holy fucking shit man.

Jay having a side piece shouldn't surprise me. His wife Sherry is ANNOYING AF. I became "friendly" with both of them when our sons played on the same HS football team. The part that does surprise me about this is... she's gonna kill him. Seriously. She be nuts-O. I can't believe he would literally risk his life. But again... she's a real bitch so maybe I should have expected this years ago.

I would like to be a fly on the wall in their house right now. It's gotta be insanity multiplied by infinity.

As a former graphic designer. I've been there. But the whole shite in portfolio is bogus, he should have multiple designs in his portfolio. They don't have to be client specific. I've created slick logo's that were declined repurposed them for other clients int he same type of business.

But the Fibonacci and other elements they put out in the portfolio doesn't sound like the client, sounds like the graphic artist trying to sell their design. So probably a bit of blame goes tot he artist. The Rams head looking lame is definitely goes to the artist as well.

Who knows how much crap the Rams Org had to do with it, or how much was on the artist. But they suck, regardless.

you're blaming the rams because that shit graphic design team came up with that utterly shit logo? the rams couldn't agree to it if they didn't see it in the first place.

and what's wrong with radiohead?
