Victory Thread Rams Punch out Honey Bears

I don't think anyone has a real problem with Brown just with how he is used sometimes.

He is a very good up the gut runner and that's how he was used last night. Whereas in the games that Brown was getting bashed a little bit, they were using him on outside zone runs and he doesn't have the speed for that.

Run him up the gut and maybe some short passes on first or second down.

In addition, he should be primarily a pass blocker on third down passes and only used as an outlet if the pass protection breaks down.

He’s used that way a lot in the passing game.
The game thread has been brutal.
It usually is of course.
Henderson is certainly more explosive but hasn’t, on the whole, been more effective.
The Rams lined Hendo up out wide several times last night, Brown as well.
Two TE set and go empty to try and get mismatches on the WRs.
Rams have rarely thrown to the RBs overall.
The Rams have depth at RB.....which is nice.

Feeling great this morning! My second oldest boy turned 13 yesterday and that win was a great birthday present for him, we finally got some chilly Fall weather here in AZ so we had a back yard fire and celebrated his birthday and the win with some smores

We got below freezing last night for the first time......I’m ready for summer.

Dominant win yesterday led by the defense. You could hear the "OOOMPH" every damn snap - I don't think I've heard our defense playing that hard all season. There was a fire to the defense and I hope they carry that into the rest of the season, they're a special group. On offense we played a relatively clean game (Woods fumble excluded) even though the refs showed that they are completely incompetent. Hekker and the punt team as a whole were damn good. You could tell that Patterson was getting frustrated at his lack of production. Great win on prime time!

Still banging the table for Sloman to get the boot. I'm willing to sign a "Don't Bitch About Forbath" petition to get this done.

Brockers....much, much more active vs the run.

Yeah, that was classic Brockers playing out there. After having just posted that he is struggling to make an impact, he totally delivered. And the hug between AD and Quinn after the game was sweet. Lotta love there.

Im still pissed that the Rams couldn't find a way to keep Quinn and wait for him to get well but thats how it goes.

How about when they shared with the world that foles said to them that many times when a play comes in he knows that it won't work because he will get hit before he has the chance to throw the ball and that the coach doesn't see what's happening on the field.

Just wanted to point out that the streak continues. Goff was smacked in the head and had his whole head spun sideways... No Fucking Flag... AGAIN. This is happening in almost every game. WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

This is the statement game I was dreaming of. The Bears are not world enders, but still, you don't completely stumble on a 5-1 record.

The defense cancelled their suspect offense, and we were capable to force our way on offense again a highly touted Chicago defense, allowing only 1 sack, and 1 turnover. Those two Malcolm Brown runs for a touchdown felt great.

I think it's insane to have a division where the last team is 4-3 and a superbowl finalist. I'm worried by Arizona, they seem inconsistent but dangerous. I got a feeling that Seattle is going to fall a bit, I don't know why. I think the 49ers will grind the rest of the way but end up in a good spot.

On to Miami, winning that would be great because we have a TOUGH stretch after the bye.

The schedule makers didn't do us any favors sending us to Miami after a Monday night game. If we win it will be ugly. Tua's 1st game, Miami is capable of embarrassing the 9ers.

McVay should be talking about it in press conferences. The announcers should be made aware and talk about it.
Someone with the know-how needs to edit a collection of uncalled hits to Goffs head, face masks etc, and contrast them against what happens when DL do the same to other QBs.

People said the same about last night's game. Even those who thought we would win thought it would be ugly.
McVay is very good at those east coast 10am games. Honestly, I am thrilled we won't be playing against a savvy vet like Fitzpatrick. Keeping track of Donald and Ramsey alone will be a lot for the kid.
