Haha, these Clowns are so bad they are good entertainment.

I heard them call #33 Scott Robert Woods. They don’t even know which side of the ball a player is on.
Yeah...I heard that one too!

The defense dominated. Offense made a big mistake but was otherwise super efficient against a very tough defense. Johnny Hekker is the GOAT.

Sloman can still kick rocks tho.

His kickoffs were quite good. Just needs more lift on his attempts

We need Akers to lessen that load. Henderson can't last for long as that guy. Cam should be the 1.a

I want Akers to get touches more than anybody, but you can't be mad at the way Malcom ran tonight. Thats a tough physical D. Plus he's our best pass blocker too so he's going to see the field. I think we should just be grateful we have 3 backs who can come in and contribute. Especially when the oline run blocks like today.

Great game overall for the o against that front. Didn't give up many pressures and Goff bounced back nicely in the 2nd half to take control of this game. What more can be said about Staley's D...No Fuller or Obo tonight, and pray Burgess isn't seriously injured, but outside of a few quarters this D has been legit this year. Hecker already in the HOF so not much to say there. I'm happy Floyd played his best game tonight too, was solid in the run game, kept contain well, and got after the passer.

Looking forward to seeing Forbath next week too so I look at Slomans night as a net positive for us.

On one play, anyone hear play-by-play announcer Steve Levy call Cooper Kupp, "Kupper Goff"?...lol

Haha, i gotta say those announcers were awful. It's the first time I've heard the crew this season. It was like listening to an espn sportscentre show. You're at a football game bozos.

What a difference between the play of Burgess today compared to the Bills game. It's amazing what being decisive and trusting your eyes does to the quality of your play. The future with him and fuller is looking very bright. Rapp can grow into whatever role they need him to play.

I needed this this to have some faith restored. The defense was great. The Bears have a weak offense. Only allowing 3 points is impressive. Four teams they played, including Tampa Bay, gave up 20+ to the Bears offense. Only the Giants (17) and Colts (11) held them under that, and we discovered the Giants defense is no joke.

But damn, how does the defense admittedly play soft against the Niners? Did they forget that it was a division rivalry?

As someone who is extremely competitive, I'm baffled by this. We could have used this great defense last week too.

Yeah Brown really played well. Early on what irked me is seeing him running routes. The guy has hands but he's got to be used to his best strength which is between the tackle and downhill runs.

And btw I'm glad to see him putting his head down quickly and taking what is there. That is his game. When he's stepping around in the backfield it never ends well. Gotta tip my cap to him tonight, big element in that win. (y)

Yea dude I agree he wasn't trying to run side to side tonight, he hit the hole and got downhill quick. Im not the biggest Brown fan especially when we have Akers and Henderson who are more talented..but I respect how he played 2nite. And he wasn't just picking up what was blocked, he showed good patience on some runs and found some room breaking tackles.

I just hope Akers doesn't get discouraged not getting many snaps after his best game a few weeks ago. Just weird to me he has our most explosive run of the year on that 60 yarder and has like 2 carries since.

Complete effort tonight. Bears are tough. Onto the Dolphins. Need to win that game. Going into the bye at 6-2 puts us in a great spot, especially if we take care of business against Seattle and SF after it.
We really need to win the phins game my brother is almost as big a fan of them as I am of the rams .... I can’t stomach listen to him brag forever about how they beat us

How about when they shared with the world that foles said to them that many times when a play comes in he knows that it won't work because he will get hit before he has the chance to throw the ball and that the coach doesn't see what's happening on the field.

Haha, seriously? There's stuff you share with the audience and stuff you keep to yourself.

They're not football savvy at all. Like i said it didn't sound like they were at a football game.

This is the statement game I was dreaming of. The Bears are not world enders, but still, you don't completely stumble on a 5-1 record.

The defense cancelled their suspect offense, and we were capable to force our way on offense again a highly touted Chicago defense, allowing only 1 sack, and 1 turnover. Those two Malcolm Brown runs for a touchdown felt great.

I think it's insane to have a division where the last team is 4-3 and a superbowl finalist. I'm worried by Arizona, they seem inconsistent but dangerous. I got a feeling that Seattle is going to fall a bit, I don't know why. I think the 49ers will grind the rest of the way but end up in a good spot.

On to Miami, winning that would be great because we have a TOUGH stretch after the bye.
