Exactly. I saw no difference from Rapp's hit to Scott's hit. It just boggles my mind how a similar hit against a similar opponent gets flagged while another similar hit against a similar opponent doesn't.
in fairness to the Refs it happens so fast - its hard to see

but still when it gets called seems pretty random.

Only silver lining in all this is we found our LT of the future.

Shit. Vent thread. :laugh4:

real silver lining is we dont have to play the 49ners rest of the year - and they will prob lose half their games.
This is exaggerated but not wholly inaccurate. The NFC West is wide open and I can still see the Rams winning it. Beating the 49ers today, pushing them 2 games below .500, would have really put the Rams in a good spot. The Rams always look 10x worse than they really are vs. the 49ers. And the 49ers always look 10x better than they really are vs. the Rams.

Sad part is Allen Robinson seems to now be into the offence but McVay and his play calling still only gets us 14 points.

Aren't we still trotting out our, what is it now, 6th & 7th String Guards? Gee, I wonder why we can't run the ball or protect the QB? We are probably a fringe playoff team at best this year. OK, fine. We won the SB Last year. Any fanbase would take a SB win if it was followed by a non playoff year. I am not going to sit here and bitch about the fact that we aren't a SB contender. We just won our first super bowl in 22 years.

Don't get me wrong, I would love for them to play better and have fewer injuries, but the football gods had other plans.

We did fine 1st half, but we literally been dupped thinking that was the same team that came out in the 2nd half. Like we did zilch to try and win this game. I am having a hard time with what I saw. Pretty fkn sad all around. McVay and Co failed to prepare again or even conjure up an actual gameplan from start to finish. Seemed like he only had a plan to play til halftime….

Biggest thing McVay needs to add next yr is a proven run game cordinator to implement a great running attack into his offense.

This not all about the OL injuries or even the RBs. Sure a lot of it is, but sometimes it looks like there are blocks that need to be made that are not possible. The OL was healthy last yr and the run game wasn't much better.

He needs to step up and acknowledge he needs help in that area.

Buffalo draws a packed stadium every week and shows what home field advantage looks like.

The squatters get better crowds than the reigning world champs against their arch rivals.

This is a peripheral problem when compared to the poor game plan, execution and injuries. But, it’s a problem.

Actually it's the 5th and 6th string guards ... and no team carries six guards. Many don't carry five.

6 of the projected top-8 OL have missed multiple games.

Through seven games, the Rams have yet to start the same five OL in consecutive games.

There are a number of things not working well but no team has had that quantity of injuries to the O-Line ... no team is even close ... thus far in 2022.

It's embarrassing, that's for sure.

Again true, but they couldn't run the ball last yr and their OL was relatively healthy all season minus a few Covid issues for a few weeks.

I know we are angry and can't focus well at least I speak for me but did Jackson play well or am I just grasping at straws. I did not hear his name mentioned once unless I completely shut down.

I took a quick look.

Through seven games, ESPN has the Rams averaging 68 rushing yards per-game and 3.3 yards-per-rush.

Last year, the Rams averaged 99 rushing yards per-game and 4.0 yards-per-rush.

The 2021 numbers were not good but they were far better than thus far in 2022.
