a lousy 5.4 ppg in the second half in those seven. It just gets worse and worse.16.8 ppg through 7 games

This team can’t run the ball and they struggle to protect the QB. There is only so much McVay can do. I don’t think Shanahan or Andy Reid would be doing any better with this personnel. What I don't understand is mcvay is supposed to be a great offensive mind and the offense sucks.
When Martz was coach the defense may have sucked but the offense always put up points. Even with Jamie Martin at QB.
yeah... part of this is the price we paid for the last superbowl. This team can’t run the ball and they struggle to protect the QB. There is only so much McVay can do. I don’t think Shanahan or Andy Reid would be doing any better with this personnel.
100 percent - and I’d pay it again no questions asked.yeah... part of this is the price we paid for the last superbowl.
I'm gonna make a mock. All I'm going to say? That Taylor Rapp hit (even though it was a catch)? Perfectly legal, and a horseshit call by the officiating. I don't see any difference between that hit and Nick Scott's hit on Deebo.
Rapp can run full speed into a brick wall like a champ...except that rapp actually hit his helmet. aim lower. it's pretty simple.
.
In fairness the WR lowered his head as well.except that rapp actually hit his helmet. aim lower. it's pretty simple.

Pete Carroll looks like a genius as Wilson & Wagner both look cooked.Win Super Bowl. Sign Alan Robinson and Bobby Wagner and get Cam Akers back and we suck now? Let that sink in for a minute.
it was bullshit because its inconsistently called.Nah, he hit shoulder to shoulder. And like Philly said, the wideout lowered his helmet as well. I just thought it was a shitty call at the time, and I honestly didn't see things any differently.

but this isnt 1971 anymore... he is nearly useless in today's football game as a DB
