Is there a coach and GM that are available or will be available that you would rather have? He’s a game manager. Nothing more. He was schemed and coached up. Why this org after last year’s Super Bowl extended him is baffling. But they’ve don’t nothing that has made sense for 12 months. Ramsey deal floored me.
Read the 2 sentences before Broncos or Fins. We best be trying something or finding a Wissel in the third or something.
Falcons, Bengals, Steelers, Bears. No team is trembling on D against that lineup. Is there even an argument between who has been more consistent, the Rams defense or Goff? Defense was on fire since Atlanta up until tonight.
Complain all you want about Goff’s deal, right there with you. He’s a game manager. Nothing more. He was schemed and coached up. Why this org after last year’s Super Bowl extended him is baffling. But they’ve don’t nothing that has made sense for 12 months. Ramsey deal floored me.
So what’s your plan pay 134 million to a guy who has 51 turnovers in 48 games? That's your plan??? Hope for a guy like Russell Wilson to be there in the third round??? And what, pray tell will you say if nobody like that magically materializes for us? Who plays QB then?
Have you really thought this through, or are you just letting your anger at Goff get to you, because that plan is not a plan at all, it's just hoping for a miracle.
should not be the top paid QB in the NFL
Horrible for 1/3 of 2018? Yes, our offense did slow down in the latter part of the year (not coincidentally when Gurley's knee started giving him trouble). The Rams went 4-2 in their last six regular season games, and scored over 30 points four different times. That's what you call horrible? Then they won two playoff games, including an NFC Championship game in a hostile environment, with Goff making two very clutch throws in OT with defenders right in his face to get us into position for GZ's game winning FG. At the end of regulation he drove the Rams down again to tie the game.
By what standard is that horrible?
I agree with a lot of this but this is a bad point IMO. He's only the top paid Qb because of the market. The rams giving up on him and drafting another QB who could be worse then him is dumber then singing him lol

By a pretty clear and obvious standard LOL. I gave him props for the Saints game, but outside of that he's been terrible dude.
Goff's last 8 games of 2018 including playoffs: 165/286 = 57% completion // 7TDs - 8INT // 8 fumbles
10 games in 2019: 60% completion// 11TDs - 12 INT // 7 fumbles
You think Gurley going down led to all the offensive issues? Do you not remember CJ Anderson running for 150yrds every game?? We were still running the ball, just no passing game. Goff has been horrible for a while now like I said. If it hasn't been clear just using your eyes check out the stats above.
Offense? Offense? What offenseWhat would Jim Mora Sr say after a game like this?
Fair point, and the idea to get ahead of the Prescott deal was the strategy. But with his rookie year going the way it did, and him fading down the stretch last year... too risky when you have him under contract for another 2 years + 2 potential franchise tags.
