Lol. Fair point on the Falcons. Though I suspect that up until James Pearce went gangsta, I think the Falcs were pretty happy with him. OTOH, after decades of being a doormat, the Lions have been contenders because of what they got from Snead.
 
IMO, a bit of an overpay with that 3rd included in what looks like a stacked class. But, we do not know what the Giants were offering. I maintain, I'd be more happy with just having signed his teammate Watson and used 29 for a weapon or secondary.

He is a good player and I'm happy we have him.

the only reason pearce was available that low was character issues tbf

Me and you both....he's overdue for a great one although getting Atlanta's 1st wasn't too shabby. Fuck I wish we played better towards the end of last year cuz we'd really be sitting pretty if it were like a top 8 pick.

Chiefs have a good CB in Watson so cupboard is not bare. They can still go any way they want.

So all the's GM's that supposedly got the best of Les what exactly did they get? How many have won anything since then? I know the Rams have won a SB with Ramsey and Stafford. Is the goal to accumulate more picks to appease fans for their own values of players or to build a team to win a Lombardi?

Sorry but I'll take Sneads trades and roster building every day that went towards us lifting that Lombardi trophy. You can be upset he gets "fleeced" on the way to being a Champion.

Add to that the other 1st round pick the Falcons took wasn't very good last year. But hey they got that fleecing trophy to brag about :D
 
Sounds like Rams looking to give McDuffie a record setting deal, will be interesting to see how it's structured and what it does to cap this year.

I saw somewhere that the Rams have to spend this year or they are in danger of not meeting the 5-year rolling minimum spend threshold in the CBA. I will see if I can find it again. Anyway, we have more than enough cap room.
