By this logic, I should have access to the personal info of the CEO of Volkswagen. After all, I've spent thousands over the years on VWs. I've had a bug, a Jetta, 4 Passats.... I deserve answers.

im not sure
its already announced to the world, and the announcement with its cryptic meaning implies something other than an injury.
when nfl players get into trouble with the law its front page news, as this is.
as far as why i expect transparency-
i pay close to $7000 a game to take me and my kids when i can go watch the rams.
we used what is akin to a 2nd rd pick for us to get him.
so yes, we as fans do deserve to know whats up.
Nothing is more egregious than a murder, so what could possibly be so concerning that mcvay can tell us?
and ill leave it at that
Thank God your attempts weren't successful. You're more than appropriated around here.I had issues as a young adult with suicide attempts and really bad mental illness. You think I wanted it plastered all over here at the time?
I understand that you pay a lot of money to go to games (more than I get in a year, by the way), but Stetson Bennett is a human being, first and foremost, and has real human feelings just like the rest of us.
Just...a little respect, please?
“I really hope that you can please respect my wishes in regards to keeping that in-house,” he urged. “I understand you have a job to do, but there are certain things that I think are a little bigger and a little more important. And out of respect for the particulars and the specifics, we want to keep it in-house, and that’s where I want to leave it, please.”
Damn son. I thought I was the shit Benching 275 and you throwing up 5 bills.Well to steal a great quote, "whatever does not kill you can make you stronger". I had a similar problem at the age of 25 I was arrested three times in a week for assault and battery, the last one was on the police. I was forced into alcohol and drug treatment after spending 30 days in jail. I realized I wanted some more out of my life and decided to make a commitment to change my life. I went on to complete college with a master's degree in criminal justice and retired 6 years ago after a 30-year career as a state parole officer. Also I had powerlifted since age 20 after getting cleaned up I hit one of my goals of a 500 lb bench during competition and at age 48 actually benched 525 at the Master's Nationals. People who go through something like Bennett can accomplish great things when they become "sick and tired of being sick and tired". I'm not ready to give up on the kid because if he has the will and strength to overcome this he can accomplish great things.
And there you have it - plain & simple: "I bought an NFL ticket! This gives me the right to rule the entire world!!! Fans who buy tickets are people too!!!"im not sure

You sir, must me a glutton for punishment, haha. After all, I've spent thousands over the years on VWs. I've had a bug, a Jetta, 4 Passats.... I deserve answers.
Was it on X or Facebook? I'm just curious.I am so embarrassed right now for some of these posts. Disgusting. I read somewhere that Stetson is dealing with a family member ( a young child) in the hospital. It was in the form of a comment made on social media about this subject. Not sure about validity, but it makes sense. We are better than this thread.
Should not be embarrassed, many have Stetson in their prayers and whatever the reason are hoping for the best outcome for him from a personal perspective with football being secondary.I am so embarrassed right now for some of these posts. Nope. My VWs have treated me well over the years. Well... except for when I rolled my bug 5 times after hitting a deer. But I blame the deer for that one.You sir, must me a glutton for punishment, haha.
Sean McVay: Stetson Bennett is "doing really well"

Before Week 2, the Rams placed rookie quarterback Stetson Bennett on the non-football injury/illness list. Coach Sean McVay offered no details at the time as to why Bennett was exiting the roster.
On Saturday, McVay likewise provided no details. However, he gave a general update on Bennett when asked whether McVay has stayed in touch with him.
“I have, yeah and he’s doing really well, which I was really encouraged to be able to hear,” McVay told reporters. “I’m not really sure on a timetable with anything and so that’s been the good thing. I got a chance to hear his voice and he sounds really good and that was really cool to hear.”
Bennett is required to miss at least four games while on NFI. The Rams selected the former Georgia quarterback in round four of the 2023 draft.
I read a story claiming he’s in rehab for alcoholism. I didn’t share it here because I thought that was the overall assumption anyway. I’ll see if I can find it.Well hopefully everything works out for the dude.
Football is secondary to life and making sure you are good.
As far as drinking, yea he was a college guy. He didn’t kill someone. Does anyone remember how drunk our guys were after the Super Bowl? Slurring speech, watching photographers fall off stage and walking off.
Human beings make mistakes and sometimes need help.
