Boy, how big was the Jefferson pick now. And would have been nice if TuTu would have been productive.

Not much on practice squads out there. Here's a few that could be of interest (in no order):

John Brown, WR, Jacksonville
Matt Bushman, TE, Las Vegas
Trishton Jackson, WR, Minnesota
Breshad Perriman, WR Tampa Bay
Darren Falls, TE, Tampa Bay
Willie Snead, WR, Carolina
Dazz Newsome, WR, Chicago
Nick Eubanks, TE, Detroit
John Hightower, WR, Philadelphia
Jordan Matthews, WR, San Francisco
Dez Fitzpatrick, WR, Tennessee
I say get Trishton Jackson

Just heard on ESPN radio New York that OBJ was signed AFTER the team knew about Woods’s injury. So I wonder if they concealed that information to limit OBJ‘s negotiating leverage.
Smart as fuck to do so if that's the case.

If anything....telling him about it would lead to him signing because he knew he would actually get a lot of snaps. Not telling him would be really risky. I think he was told about it and he decided it was worth coming.
Could be true but McVay was selling him on 4 WR sets so there's that....ultimately signing OBJ was the smart thing to do. Another question is does this injury make it more likely we resign OBJ now too?

In a Saturday practice no less, Jesus. OBJ can fortunately do everything Woods can, but this is still a huge loss.

Well, if he knew he was injured he would have negotiated personal incentives instead of team incentives.

Anyway, maybe I am getting old...but didn't they add him on Thursday? Wasn't Woods hurt yesterday or was that incorrect?

I know I'm not the only one to think of this.

If OBJ has an impact over the last 5 or more games of the regular season and also excels in the postseason, he will probably get a new contract after the season ends.

If that's the case, Woods may not be on the roster in 2022. Sad but true. The NFL is a rough business and the Rams will brass will not rest on their laurels in 2022.

They will do what ever it takes to make them contenders in 2022 just like they have in 2021.

For now, I'm focused on the 49ers on Monday night. I don't expect a Rams blowout. Even if Woods was playing I believed this game would come down to what team makes the least amount of mistakes in the 4th quarter.

Monday night will probably have us all on our toes late in the 4th quarter. Both teams are desperate for a win for different reasons. Huge game!

7 pages deep, so I'm sure this sentiment has been expressed, but, Robert Woods has got to be the Rams second best FA signing ever, right? Just behind Whitworth?
What a total pro, a class guy and a hometown hero. I'm soooooooo bummed for him right now. He really does embody everything right about who the Rams are now.

Damn.

I think he agreed on Thursday but signed on Friday

It looks like moving on from Woods would leave 12-million in dead cap. I don't see it.

Of that list it would be Willie Snead. 3rd down catch machine that RW was.
