Just saw the picture of Odell's new locker. This should have been a red flag.

Let's be real, those who wanted OBJ bc of this possibility were thinking it was going to be Kupp who went out due to his history. Imo this helps us replace Woods who is Mr Reliable, but now I'm thinking we might be looking for another receiver for insurance on Kupp.
Every time Kupp makes a cut I worry he will blow out his knee again. Him going down would just kill us now that Woods is out. I still think they knew about his knee before the OBJ signing. It made no sense that he would want to come to LA to get some snaps from Van Jefferson. He must have been told that Woods got hurt earlier in the day and would play a lot.

What a shock. Get well, Robert Woods.

Get through the Whiners and take the bye week to get OBJ up to speed on routes etc. Jefferson and Benny Skow will have to pick up the slack. Keep running Henderson and play good defense.
We'll have our hands full now just getting past the Niners. Allen is out. OBJ hasn't had enough time to learn more than a few signals and plays. Niners will think it's the Super Bowl for them.

This hurts. Woods is an elite blocking WR if nothing else A team guy. They often rotated him in line on running plays and he lead blocked. I'm thinking instead of seeing more runs, we will see less. This one hurts man. Let's hope OBJ is all in and gives it all out on the field, because we desperately need him now more then ever.

Might make sense to get a vet TE or just someone out there with playing experience....try to get more of a ball control offense.

Stupid bucs put Fells on their practice squad as well I think. He would be a great fit I'd steal both if possible.

This is why we were saying getting OBJ makes sense. Rams ended up doing the right thing so far, but FUCK I hate that Woodie is out and will miss the SB after all the work he's put in. This is like a nightmare.... but it could've been worse for the team with no vet backups.

How the hell does one team lose that many WRs in a few weeks. I hate hate hate injuries, and though the 17 game sched isn't to blame here I hate that extra game too.

I have to be honest. I have this thought as well. What if Woody was the player in that face time call we hear about that basically said... Get here and take this team to the SB.

Just heard on ESPN radio New York that OBJ was signed AFTER the team knew about Woods’s injury. So I wonder if they concealed that information to limit OBJ‘s negotiating leverage.
