Before they ever went public with this the police knew who they were going up against in Kraft. So I’m sure they made sure to do everything by the book so that Kraft didn’t have a leg to stand on in rebuttal. But it would be Stupid for Kraft and his lawyers not to do everything they could to get the embarrassing evidence dismissed.
Problem is, that even when evidence does get dismissed generally it still becomes public, meaning that he’d have to face the court of the NFL and court of public opinion. In the end, I’m sure the prosecution will end up having enough to at least force a plea agreement.

Looks like you get your wish. Florida's "Sunshine Law" requires that his an other tapes are released as part of the public record. Officials report that all the tapes will be released tomorrow.
