I'm full of useless information. :ROFLMAO:

Ha! Not on this one. Absolutely fascinating!

So Al Michaels knew the outcome before the broadcast?

Really did a good job of acting otherwise. And came up with one of the most (if not the most) timely quotes in sports broadcasting history.

Great share.

Ad Astra - 5.5/10

Had high hopes as I am a big sci-fi fan, but this movie was just....meh. Pitt is completely apathetic the entire movie till the end which i can understand but there isnt hardly any emotion displayed any where else. People trying to show emotion were apathetic to a point too. movie was robotic.
Yeah. The only good part was the baboon scene.

Sicario: Day of the Soldado - 7/10.

great soundtrack, great acting, impeccable cinematography, but just lacking something the original had in bucket loads. Sicario was a 10/10 movie, just perfect. maybe that's what the problem with the sequel, we've seen it all before in the first movie. when we watched the first movie we hadn't seen it at all. i'm guessing if i watched the second movie without seeing the first one i probably would have enjoyed it much more. then again, when i watched the original again i loved it just as much as the first time i saw it, maybe more.

Hachiko Monogatari

8/10

A Japanese film about a dog named Hachi

some may have heard of him , true story , about a dog in Japan in the 1920's / 1930s

a dog who's owner had died , and for the next 10 years , would show up at the train station every day waiting for his owner

about 10 years ago , Richard Gere made a film called , Hachi : A Dogs Tale , which was loosely based on the real Hachi , it was an OK movie , but always wanted to watch Hachiko Monogatari , a Japanes film made in 1987 , and was based of off real events

so tonight we did , found the movie on Youtube , it was broken up into 11 segments , and subtitled

I much more preferred this film over the Richard Gere film

Hachi became real famous in Japan , a statue of Hachi has been erected at Shibuya Station. as an example of loyalty and fidelity

Just saw Blake Edwards' S.O.B. for the first time in many years. I was given the Blue Ray for Christmas. Funny and very cynical film about Hollywood in the '70s, about a producer who does a G rated film with his wife (Julie Andrews) who is known as a G rated star - and it bombs. So he goes crazy and decides to redo it as an R rated film, while almost everybody around him is backstabbing everybody else. Worth seeing for amazingly cynical humor. Oh, and for Julie Andrews' and Rosanna Arquette's bare breasts. I believe it is William Holden's last film, and an excellent performance by him in it.

Watched Entourage the movie. 5/10
Bummer. Season 8 had left the series on such a high, the movie seemed to undo all of that

Ben Hur - 10/10

Just watched this movie again on Good Friday. What a great spectacle of a movie. I will never get sick of watching it.

The scene where ben hur tries to give Jesus some water to drink at the end of the movie is still the greatest moment in cinema history, in my view.

want to hear what a real expert thinks of all these space movies? then watch this.

just great to listen to him go through different space movies and tell us how unrealistic they were or how close to reality they got.

Ip Man 4.

Donnie Yen will always be amazing. Yuen Woo Ping has the midas touch in the martial arts (kung-fu) genre.
