I also have my own views on this whole covid stuff. But I won't mention those here.

I appreciate mods somehow keeping this unlocked. Its important news to know which players get thrown into the Covid/Reserve list. And at this point, I'm kinda hoping some of our more important players get it now as opposed to later in the week. Better chances of getting your negative tests before game day.

Looks like the NFL will be changing their covid policies. Im sure if youre vaxed but still test positive, you should be able to still be involved. But who knows.

My guess is the numbers are getting so high they are probably discussing if it's ok to let asymptomatic players play. Either way, holy fuck Batman do we have a shit ton of people out. Maybe I'll show up in So Cal and finally live my dream of playing for the Rams hahaha

I think we should be told what version of covid they have found at Rams Park if its Omicron isn't that different than Delta? less harmful more like the common cold? in fact this morning some doctors are wondering out loud if it is a cold and unrelated to covid. I'm no expert but we need to clear this up. It shouldn't take this long for the CDC to give us an answer. Are we really going to shut down the season for what is basically a cold?

I count 16 on the Reserve Covid List right now.
The most significant being ...
Ramsey, Havenstein, Fuller, Beckham, Henderson, Deayon, Hollins and Burgess.

Less significant Hughes, Jackson, Hopkins, Pinkney, Hall and Jonah Williams.

On IR ... Mundt and Joseph-Day.

I got to enjoy the victory over the Cardinals for 15 whole hours.

I don't know about them but I am feeling symptoms from them being placid on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

I tune in here holding my breathe seeing who is next. Short of breathe I believe is a symptom.

I don't need to partake in the other activities on this thread. Cause I am always 100% right about everything.

It is a coronavirus. Think the common Cold. Think anti-virals. Think natural immunity.

We have all had a number of colds with different variants and no vaccine. With this virus the vaccine seems to work somewhat. We will all get COVID like we do colds. From the very beginning it has been about the anti-virals which there are two or three imminently available that seem to do the trick.

I gotta say, I am firmly in the "keep this to football camp". That's really all I care to discuss when I come to a forum like this. Covid is only relevant in so far as it might keep somebody from playing, and to that end, my only interest in covid-19 here is whether or not players on the Rams and throughout the NFL are going to be active on gameday or not.

I for one appreciate the conversation. It seems civil. We will learn nothing of we only hang with those of the same opinions.
As far as keeping strictly to NFL points or being non-political -- well, politics is about governing and being governed. For any of us, there is no escaping that oversight or involvement. I see area's governed by one-side as sort of tyrannical, while another side seems to be more liberal in their measures. The results on either side, seem inconclusive at best or muddied by the lack of unbiased reporting.
Anyway - I hope the NFL gives up the harsh rules - especially for those w/o symptoms or false-positive tests.
I watch football - and the rams in particular, to escape the rest of the rotten world. :eyeroll:

The WFT literally doesn't have a QB for the game this week. That sounds like what the Broncos had to to last year, start a WR who was atrocious and the game was unwatchable.
