There's no way they're getting Brown without giving up this year's 13, straight away. Not in a pick swap

At worst I would want their 2nd back along with Brown if they give up 13. Maybe even have them throw in a 4th. Or the Jets 3rd #66 and a 4th.

I think they are interested because they don't trust Adams can give them 17 games and play at a high level week in and week out.

His 2026 base is is only 1.3 mill but he also has an option Bonus of 27.4 mill which is all guaranteed.
For 2027, he has 4 mill guaranteed of a total of approx 20 mill
So basically trading for him is a 2 year 50 mill deal

I think I would do that.

We have a 38 year old QB, and if we can get 2-3 seasons from Stafford, losing 13 for a right now experienced WR makes some sense

You remember how the O opened up when we had had OBJ? That was with no running game. Hell yes go get AJ. We don’t know if we will ever have a QB good enough with a roster this good. Worry about after, after!
