Raiders at Rams Preseason Week 2

Overall today I'm most impressed by our defense. They really raised the bar today, and of course starting the game 2s versus 2s was helpful but still they looked great.

OL too. Those guys moved all over and performed well. Our rooks just damn. Talk about making the most of a mid to late round OL class holy crap.

*but I thought there was no Oline talent after the 1st round?

Yea, we need a backup QB. Allen isn't going to do it.

I don't disagree...but if it's between #14 and #8...I'll reluctantly take #8.

I don't think Hodge is going to make the team this year. But he'll stick on the practice squad.

I hope he can make it to the P.S.

You keep Thomas because he's a special teams demon who is a good #5 WR. You keep Reynolds because he's better than Hodge at this point in time. Don't get fooled by the preseason.

I've seen some mistakes, for sure. But I've also seen what the guys in front of him are doing.
