No, this kind of thing is more about spreading a message and getting a wide audience talking about a specific subject. Going viral if you will. If it becomes a mainstream storyline, the NFL might feel a bit of pressure to change it.

But thanks for publicly invalidating the entire petition by faking signatures.

No, the Saints screwjob was because they gave us a terrible spot (which is 100% his fault).

He does not spot the ball and the shit spot wasn't his fault.

I'm not saying that kicking AD out changed anything. I'm saying that no other ref has seen fit to kick AD out of a game. And I think you're misunderstanding me. Vinovitch's crew blowing calls is the same thing as him blowing calls. I am glad that we aren't getting his full crew, but I am concerned because a head ref still has considerable sway over what is and isn't called.

AD lost his head and got kicked out. Any ref would have called that. And IIRC you were critical of him when it happened.

He had never done anything like that before or since so why would another ref see fit to boot him out of a game.

Same with Long. I think he threw a punch which get's you ejected in any sport other than hockey and boxing. Well MMA too.

You can't blame the officials for either of these things happening.

ROFL, we are so bad when it comes to the refs and conspiracy theories. We've been the conspiracy theorist team since Bountygate, but this might actually top us...They're yelling defeat before the game has even started all over a ref.

Yes, the league changed how they assign officials for post season games. They now use the highest rated crews
and substitute out low rated officials from that crew.

I'm not going to go over my opinion of this as I've posted it already, but I thought I'd pop over to the Saints forum to see what they were saying after it was referenced on here.

Apparently we are "embarrassing" and "scared". Fair enough.

I disagree Les.....Vinobitch frequently loses control of the game and they become chippy, but only one team ever seems to pay the price....why? You think Steve Smith wasn't an instigator? You think the lack of holding calls against AD didn't finally send him over the edge? I don't expect anything to come of this but to have people aware...when/if something strange goes down Sunday, don't be surprised.....we won't be.

My objective for this, signing it and sharing everywhere I could was not to actually get Vinovitch removed, we all know that's not going to happen but for it to make noise and now it is, it's all over the media. So other fans can laugh at us if they want, but now Vinovitch will know everyone is watching for his bias, so hopefully he keeps it in check this time
