As for the players Matt Longacre was a PS guy his first year as was Malcolm Brown. Morgan Fox, Christian Bryant and Isaiah Johnson were also all on the PS their first year in the league.

Alright, I missed this post (earlier) but I'm gonna go ahead and say "winner winner chicken dinner" on this one. Longacre, Brown, and Fox all emerged as strong players. (Bryant and I. Johnson, not so much).

Anyway, Old School gets mad props and a cheers rating from me. (You lose one point, however, for claiming to be "Old School" and yet being a young pup at the tender age of 47, though!) :p

A Lamborghini will be delivered to Old School's door by the same company that delivered AD's Karma Revero.

Kind of surprised only one OLine and I don't remember him playing tackle.

Me too, and two TEs seems odd at this juncture. But I'm sure this'll change a couple of times in the next month. No big surprises though about who is on it. Glad to see Perez get a year to develop. See if he can come out next preseason and get the number 2 job.

Is there one spot left on the PS? If yes, I wish the Rams would fill it with LB Scales!

PS question. Can you add and/or drop players off the PS anytime and as often as you want or do the PS players have any kind of guarantees once they sign with a team as a PS player?

So, The Rams PS can constantly change anytime they think they can get an upgrade or the players sign with another team. Thanks for the quick reply/answer!

I assume the asterisked detail in 2006 was added by you, flv? That's the info I was trying to find-- when did the term "practice squad" really begin? I honestly don't remember discussions about "practice squad players" prior to 2006, even if there were only four of them.

Anyway-- if the convention of "having a practice squad of 8 players" began in 2006, kudos to you for figuring that out.
