Hodge will be fine where he is. Guys like Corey Coleman, Amara Darboh, Chad Hansen, Brice Butler, Breshad Perriman, Carlos Henderson, Braxton Miller, Leonte Carroo, Isaiah Ford, ArDarius Stewart, etc. were all cut. Simply put, the NFL is saturated with WRs right now.
Yep.
So many college teams run spread offenses now.
A bunch of guys that would have TEs or S before end up being WRs in college.....along with all the other WR.

Mcvay not having trust in anyone of the backups and hedging his bets .. or its gives him some flexibility on cutting people if he needs/wants to sign anyone is my train of (seriously hungover shouldnt have drunk for ten hours on a Sunday with work the next day ) thought

Hindsight is a beautiful thing... 10 hours (y)

Was Warner ever on the practice squad in 98'... Not sure of they had practice squads then, but he essentially would have started out as a practice squad guy nowadays.

As I *recall*, it seems that Kurt was our third string Camp cut from the year before.
And was definitely in Camp when Trent Green went down.

Not exactly. Warner was never on the practice squad. He played NFL Europe in 1998 and was then 3rd string QB for 1998 season. In 1999 he worked his way up to 2nd string, before taking over.

His only practice before all that, was the arena league and grocery store stock boy. Packers cut him before the season started prior to that.

The only QB under contract after the season is Goff.

FWIW, Brandon Allen has one more year. I don't expect that to affect Rams' moves though - I think they will try to get a more veteran #2 for next season, as well as a developmental guy in the draft.

I didn't say he was on the practice squad.
I did say he was in Camp with Trent Green.

I was replying to your post, and the few just before that. So yeah, I know you didn't say that specifically...
