I said that last week. He normally looks solid at LT. It just could be that he is more comfortable on that side and the footwork required vs the right side.Amazing how Noteboom can play LT, but not RT. Amazing!
They won 10 games with a rookie Head Coach and finished 2nd in the division. I’m sure their fans feel they exceeded expectations. If you're Seattle, does a hard fought 5 point win against backups on offense make you feel good going into the offseason? I know I wouldn't be happy if the shoe were on the other foot.
Plus they are in Washington State, a veritable breeding ground for participation trophies and victimization. So they can pin that shit to their chests and wail in the streets. They won 10 games with a rookie Head Coach and finished 2nd in the division. I’m sure their fans feel they exceeded expectations.
I hope McVay took note of the fact that not only did we use screens to fend off the pass rush, we used back to back screens and I think 3 out of 4 plays and that really slowed the pass rushers down. You and I could have played LT today for the Rams with all those screens.
Hell I would like the rams to at least start the game in hurry up to get their blood pumping early. They really do take to long to snap the ball on every play though. Can’t bitch about our performance considering we played mostly seconds. One thing that caught my attention was how with Lafluer calling the game and Jimmy playing, it sure seemed that when we got to the line there was a lot more time on the play clock compared to normal. Kinda curious? Was it simpler play calling because of a shortened playbook? Or something else?
He would do well with that same screen pass we see thrown to Puka all the time. Wonder if he isn't a great route runner or if he is just stuck behind Coop, Puka, DR, Tutu. Seems like he should be edging his way into a bigger role the way he played today.Whittington and Tyler Johnson are great depth. I would like to see more of Whittington with the starters. He’s very good at screens.
he doesn't want to see the rams

The problem is Stafford is shitty at throwing screens. I don't think running them back to back to back would end well with 9 behind center.I hope McVay took note of the fact that not only did we use screens to fend off the pass rush, we used back to back screens and I think 3 out of 4 plays and that really slowed the pass rushers down.
Playcalling and QB.Our 2's put up 25 on their 1's. That's more than our 1's have scored in any of the previous 3 games. Why? Playcalling?
