Rams were forced to bring up Kolone last week from the PS after the injury to Allen, I would consider elevating OG Chandler Brewer due to his knowledge of the McVay offense. If there is another injury @ OG he can be plugged in @ either OG post. He's only been with us for a week, but I'd also consider the possibility of bringing up the new guy, Oday Aboushi.
Maybe he injured it on that first run play. Did you look at that play as well? Can not find anything other than it was an ankle, not his knee. Rams Swing OT Alaric Jackson moved in @ RG & had a very good game.
Anchrum went down very fast when the ball was snapped, as he tried to make the block. I did not see any hit or rolling up on the lower left leg. He was grasping his left knee @ first when he went down.
Another injury for Anchrum...not looking good for him. Anchrum suffered an ankle injury during the Rams' second 2021 preseason contest & ended up on the IR last season.
Tremayne Anchrum Jr. carted off field after just 2 plays vs. Falcons
Tremayne Anchrum Jr. made his first career start today, but he was injured on the Rams’ second offensive play of the gametheramswire.usatoday.com
I think this is a testament to how offensive lines need time together to gel, and also how important blocking schemes are - a player might excel in one blocking scheme but not in another.Hey…it could be worse…
We could be the Bengals, who added La’el Collins, Alex Cappa, and Ted Karras to fix their OL, and have now given up 13 sacks in 2 games.
? A 5th round pick of ours this year at RB. Seemed to get a lot of positive buzz when he's healthy which hasn't been often so far.Who?
That is a brutal development for that kid. Rough.
McVay loves him some injury prone RBs.? A 5th round pick of ours this year at RB. Seemed to get a lot of positive buzz when he's healthy which hasn't been often so far.

So can either Brewer or Kolone play center? Because with Anchrum out looks like we don't have a backup center until Allen comes back.
Geez! We could see Kendrick this week.Troy Hill, Cobie Durant uncertain for Week 3 after suffering injuries vs. Falcons

Kolone can play center, did it all preseason and is the reason he's on the roster. So can either Brewer or Kolone play center? Because with Anchrum out looks like we don't have a backup center until Allen comes back.
