Are you happy now?
Let's share the love with limerick's then...

There once was a man who could punt,
Who looked like he smoked a fat blunt
He was called Johnny Hekk,
joined a team that was a train wreck,
thank god wasnt still owned by that murdering _unt

I'm hoping we keep Bojo. That dude may have the best leg in the league and is paid pennies. Hekker was great for a while here, but, we were handed a better kicker. Its that simple to me. Nothing lasts forever..... except plastic. That shit just stays.

There once was a punter called Bojo,
who dared challenge HOF Hekker's mojo.
"Cake ($$$) vs the Fake"?
Fans pondered the take.
Can't we just lose that crap dick-nose logo?

I wanted to get this out there before something happens. As far as Bojo's performance against the Broncos is concerned, does anybody not think that punting in the rarefied air of Denver may have artificially inflated his distance numbers?
I've watched enough games there to know that 50 yd field goals are all but chip shots at Mile High Stadium.
I'm left wondering what some Johnny H punts might have looked like.
At any rate there's much more to punting than simply punishing the ball. How is Bojo on hang time and kicking outside the numbers and forcing fair catches inside the 10?
And why did a playoff team like Buffalo cut the guy anyway?
Much more to consider here than gross punting yards......

We have an existing thread running on this. Punters, punting, Hekker, Bojo.

We can all speculate and we only have 1 game from him in Denver. In 2018 he punted 3 times an average of 40 yards a long of 52 and all 3 were inside the 20. There's a lot more that goes into this than what we fans see in a few preseason games too. Guess like the old mantra around here goes we have to trust in McVay.

What about a battle royal between the two of them….2 punters enter only kicks his way out???
Oh hell yeah!!!!!

This is pretty much a gladiator sport so keeping with the theme loser gets to fight off the lions.

Pay per view this sheet!!!

I can’t believe people are advocating this bloke to be our punter. Linebacker possibly but not the punter.

I don’t care which one they pick. Hekker’s hard to beat. He’s 31. Maybe they think if they keep Bojorquez they’ve got punting locked up for another 8 plus years. With Hekker they don’t know how much longer he lasts. So it’s too good to pass up the opportunity.

Hekker has tweeted a photo of himself looking up into the sky, with the cryptic message:
'Where my help comes from (arrow-up). The future is bright.'

That quote sounds ominous.

I have never been a fan of cryptic messages. Just say something or shut the fuck-up.

EDIT: Just saw Blue-coconuts post about the above. Nut was far more timely.
