Ham is great on pizza.
Sweet Pineapple is great with smokey Ham.
Therefore, pineapple is good on pizza.
Not my favorite by any stretch, but it works.

Carry on haters!
I like crispy bacon on a Hawaiian pizza...love it in fact.

I love me some Hawaiian pizza. Always have. But that's not one you put ranch on.
Wildest pizza I had was when a teenaged friend ordered pepperoni & jalapeno.... now THAT's a lit - on - fire pizza.

I grew up in Hawaii... and I remember some weird food choices that were very popular there... but at no time did I see or hear of any Hawaiian ordering pineapple on their pizza. Maybe it's a thing back there now by default... but I don't imagine that it's a popular choice for the Locals.

This Haole right here loves pineapple. It's gotta be cut fresh by me though. I like to sprinkle a good amount of cayenne pepper on it and throw nice chunks of it on the grill. Get a nice char on the outside but don't burn it. Then eat it while it's still warm. Cold fresh chunks are good too, but you have to eat it the same day that you cut it for best results.

Keep that shit off my pizza though.

My go to now on pizza is pretty simple. We've got a place that has a real brick oven fire and their crust is just perfect. Toppings... cheese and fresh sliced cherry peppers.

Thanks for everything, Chris. I appreciate your hard work and all the things you did off the field as well. I'm sure we will see you in the booth some day.

My favorite pizza is sausage, green pepper, jalapeno, and pineapple. Extra sauce and red pepper flakes.

Green pepper and black olives.
Love what Long has done outside of football, world needs more people like him.
Feel like he’s turned his back on the Rams so for that the fan in me says freak him. (The football player not the humanitarian)
Pineapple and bacon only belongs on a pizza if I’m eating it on the beach.
That is all...

Funny thing about pizza is it's very enjoyable with many and different ingredients on it. As long as you get the right combination of those ingredients on it together then all the power to you. I sometimes like a Hawaiian pizza but for my money the go to is pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and olives together. As for the politics it's funny how some will press their political views on a nearly daily basis and think nothing of it until somebody presses their view that's contrary. Much like what goes on every day outside of this board.

For the record, my go to is sausage and mushroom with extra mushrooms. It has to be thin crust no matter what toppings. But we order all kinds of different toppings like basil, green onions, pepperoni, shrimp, anchovies, black olives, green olives, fresh tomatoes, etc.... As @OldSchool said, it depends on how you combine them and for me... the pizza place itself. And if you ain't got chili flakes, I ain't getting pizza from you.

Things that don't belong on a pizza that some misguided individuals seem to think belong? PINEAPPLE, hamburger meat, BBQ sauce, and any type of Mexican style. There are others. But quit taking a piece of dough, flattening it out, putting weird shit on it and calling it a pizza. It's just another baked good at that point.

Oh... While I'm here.... Everyone who is engaging with another member in this tit for tat shit, knock it the hell off. My finger is already pretty twitchy after reading your crap.

The crust is almost the most important part!

Our favorite place for pizza does their crust so perfect that I could just eat it plain. Like I said before... they have a real brick oven fire for their pies to cook in and they come out perfect every time. We always ask for ours to be cooked well done.

Speaking of weird toppings. That same pizza place has a brunch on Sundays... and you can get a lobster pizza. It's the only time they serve it. It's got big hunks of lobster and a very rich cheese mixture. It has to be fattening as hell, and it's extremely filling.

We have one other pizza place we go to. Their pizza crust isn't as perfect as our favorite place but it's good. They have what they call a tomato and spinach pie. It's also loaded with garlic. It's a different twist with the way they use the tomatoes instead of a bunch of sauce... I think it's a New York thing possibly. It's damn good.

Good point on the anchovies too. I really enjoy those on a pie with arugula.

Another important ingredient for me along with the pepper flakes you mentioned is a side of their marinara sauce. I like to dip the crust ends into that before I eat it. I double dip of course... so we always order multiple sides of marinara so that everyone can freely and openly double dip their crusts.
