I find this shocking actually, I realize that Joseph had coached their previously, however, with an overall record of 11-21 I'm shocked he's getting another chance, plus I expected the Dolphins to hire an offensive coach. I'll believe it when I see it, but going from Flores to Joseph IMHO is a downgrade.Interesting that they'd move on from a defensive coach who supposedly wasn't invested in the QB, to another defensive coach. I figured they'd look to develop Tua with a QB guru. I wonder who he'd get as an OC.
Vance Joseph was a failure in Denver and has underwhelmed in Arizona. Only the Dolphins would fire a coach who was succeeding to hire a failed retread. Tia’s skill set would fit Shanahan’s offense. They should choose Mike McDaniel or Thomas Brown, imo. Give Tua a strong running game.Dolphins Coach Search: Giants Obstacle, the Harbaugh X-Factor, Favorite Emerging?

I totally agree here, but the Dolphins seem to think unity is more important then winning.Tia’s skill set would fit Shanahan’s offense. They should choose Mike McDaniel or Thomas Brown, imo. Give Tua a strong running game.
It’s very odd to me that some owners seem to do such a horrible job hiring people to run their team.I totally agree here, but the Dolphins seem to think unity is more important then winning.

I think they’re both gone together whether it’s this year or next since Brady had one more year under contract. With no potential Drew Brees to fall into his lap, he wants out.
BTW, what's the over/under on how long Arians stays with the Bucs after Brady retires?
After Brady retires I'm sure all of Arians health issues will surface. With no potential Drew Brees to fall into his lap, he wants out.

I agree I think 45 is his last year. That way he can tell his wife "Gisele I said I will play to 50, I really met 45."I think they’re both gone together whether it’s this year or next since Brady had one more year under coNT racy.
Retiring??NFL radio reporting, that Asshole Face is retiring
