Because of Arch burning his career the way he did, the Mannings are the example of a football family that understands the importance of who you play for as a QB. So yes, if the Brownstains are squatting at 1 overall there's no chance in hell he's coming out.
Man, @Merlin it may be 4am, and I’m sittin’ on the crapper, but I recognize ROD poetry when I see it. That’s BEST OF material. I shall enter you in the Best Quotes, my friend.

God, college football can't get here soon enough so at least we can see how these guys are doing week to week. We're arguing about players that have a WHOLE COLLEGE SEASON TO PLAY with NO GUARANTEE THAT THE RAMS TAKE A QB NEXT YEAR.

But yeah, I like Sellers.
Absoulutely, no guarantees all around. No guarantee any of these projected studs play like studs in college this year. No guarantee they aren't injured in college this year. No guarantee this one comes out or that one stays. No guarantee the Rams taka a QB high. No guarantee who is in possession of the top 4 picks. But no guarantees never stopped anybody from playing the what-if? game. It's like buying a car and kvetching about the resale value in 5 years. Enjoy the fucking car now and worry about the resale value later.

I'm not worried about resale on my care in 5 years - 10 years, yeah. In about 6-7 years, the cost of an autonomous vehicle subscription in large cities will match the carrying cost of having a car.

Gonna be really interesting times!

I love AUV's but not 100% on giving my car up just yet.

LOL - I’ll stick to my rule of thumb. There’s no need to draft a QB next season unless there’s value.

Only chance they partner up is if McVay becomes the HC in Cincinatti

Arch Manning definitely is not coming out this year. He needs a lot more time. I do like his athleticism a lot though.

He’s simply not that good. Maybe he will become good one day. But he’s got a distance to go to get anywhere close
His throwing motion is weird. Like side-arm almost. I read that some speculate if he has some sort of injury or arm issue, but I doubt he would be playing if that was the case. Manning Inc. would not allow that.

Man, early on, very few look like a top pick. Not Manning. Not Sellers. Not Klubnik. As it stands now, Allar and Nussmeier look like the best of the bunch.

I would be really surprised if McVay draft a 1st round QB to replace Stafford.

I can see a Trevor Lawrence, Joe Burrow or other Vet with a future being traded for.

I don’t see Manning even being a top 3 QB this year.

Josh Allen
Rams are gonna trade Parkinson for him

There is so much risk with taking a QB early. Most of these guys don't pan out. Unless it is a surefire stud coming out which is rare.
It might be a case of taking a guy in rd 2 or 3, who has upside, but more of a project. Then go with either Stafford or Garrapolo next year while that guy develops. That also leaves the option open of possibly going with a high level vet QB trade or FA in 2027, or trade up to draft a QB in 27'.
