Doubt it.Unless he sues.
2 appeals lost already on a clear cut decision

I like Leavitt, let's see what the off season brings for these guysThink we need to wait and see who declares to answer that.
Two personal favorites of those I've looked at are Mateer and Leavitt, though neither may declare and Mateer I keep hearing will return, but he reminds me of a less stupid Mayfield. Leavitt is really talented to my eye at least and in fact has hit the portal so is probably a 2027 draft QB.
Like most here I was really high on Simpson early this season, he felt like a dude who got overlooked. Now I'm thinking maybe there was a reason he sat on that bench. Also QBs with short sample size don't usually do well in the NFL, though the Rams seem to offer a redshirt and time to learn and grow.
There's a lot of QBs on the shorter end it feels like. So weigh ins and practices (Senior Bowl, combine etc) should be illuminating.
What QB should the Rams draft in the first round?
If he lasts until #13, Mendoza. If he doesn't, forget about QB and draft one of those mean, snot popping LBs from Ohio St.
If they're gone take the best WR on the board
If they're gone take the best OT on the board
If they're gone take the best CB on the board
Or trade down.

We should know by April whether #9 is coming back, SB Championship or not. If he is, trade one of the first round picks for a 2027 first round pick and change....then take the QB in 2027. If he isn't, were fooked. The Rams have 2 #1 picks so they could go for it to move up, unless the Raiders are going to take Mendoza. But if Stafford plans to play say 3 more years, we don't draft a QB. We get a very capable QB #2 and pick areas of need, or trade a #1 for a 2027 #1. That said, if the Rams win it all and Stafford retires, I would try to get Burrough or Lamar Jackson. Although Jackson has been able to go 14-3 and never reach the championship game of his own conference. That's a concern.
Given the NFL Draft deadline, he can seek preliminary relief. If he wins on that, the NCAA probably backs down and settles, like it did in multiple other cases. We'll see if he sues, but if he badly wants to return, it's the smart move. If he loses, he goes to the NFL. No harm, no foul. I think it would be smarter for him to just declare, but that's his call. And when would it even reach a court room?
Weeks? Months?
I think Miss is filing another appeal with the ncaa but he’d need to declare for the draft in the next couple weeks
I don't like Leavitt. I don't want a QB who quits on his team.I like Leavitt, let's see what the off season brings for these guys
Jimmy is already 34 years old, struggled to stay healthy in his younger years, and has major flaws. He's fine as a bridge QB for a year (if Stafford were to retire suddenly), but he's not the QB of the future.Should we go with Jimmy G? Look Stafford is the Brett Favre and Jimmy is the Rodgers. He has been learning for awhile. Jimmy can carry this team I think. Would you consider Jimmy G a starting QB?

See my post above, I don’t see him lasting to our second pickTy Simpson late 1st still intrigues me.
He will get paid far more in College. That’s the realityWhich I heard is a big possibility as he had already hired a firm for that purpose. If I'm him, I'd likely come out. Going to likely be a lot of QB competition in next years draft, of which there is very little this year.
I agree with your plan. If one of the top 3 QBs is there at 13?and we decide they are not our man then that becomes a sharp possibilityWe should know by April whether #9 is coming back, SB Championship or not. As someone said above, this ^^ is former scout Daniel Kelly. The question is whether he actually knows anything.
I've posted his stuff on Trey Lance and Caleb Williams before. Kelly is "good" at criticizing prospects - at least he's entertaining with his criticism. With the failure rate of drafted QBs, there's seemingly an "aura" of correctness about his criticism.
So how is he at picking "good" prospects? Picking QBs who don't make it is the easy part, how is he at the hard part of picking winning prospects?
I think Giovanni Carmazzi was a big pick for him. More recently, in a draft featuring Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Drake Maye, and Bo Nix, Kelly picked:
