Another vote for Orlando Pace.
I originally said 2021 Cooper Kupp but upon further review Pace at his peak would likely put the Rams 2024 offense in the same conversation with the 2001 GSOT.

I'll go a bit deeper.....

Offense: 1st choice is prime Marshall Faulk and my 2nd choice would be prime Kurt Warner (love Stafford but Kurt was a fuckin legend)

Defense: AD of course, but if I had to throw a name out there because I wish the guy got a title with us, Aeneas Williams.

david ray,, excellent kicker with two first names
Nothing against David Ray, but in the 1973 playoff game against the Dallas Cowboys, Ray missed 3 very makeable field goals that would have made a huge difference in that game. He made 3, but missed 3 and IMO over the years the Rams have had much better kickers than David Ray.

I like Alaric Jackson and think he is currently an above-average NFL starting Left Tackle. However, Orlando Pace in his prime would be amazing for Stafford and the already formidable Offense.

I'm looking at this from the perspective to filling a perceived weakness of question mark on the roster. For me the two biggest question marks are CB and LT.

The Rams have had some great CBs Like Ramsey, Gray, Irvin, Lane and Green, however my fist choice for CB would be Aeneas Williams.

He would be perfect fit in this defense. I think White's health remains a concern and that makes the CB spot as one of the biggest question marks on the team. Williams really had a big impact the Rams Defense in 2001 when he was signed (unfortunately he only had few good years left at the time). Williams in his prime would be my first choice. Note a healthy White could have a Williams-like impact buy I'm just not sold on his health.

A close second would be Orlando Pace. I like A Jackson as serviceable but Pace would be a significant upgrade to an already lethal offense.

Donald would be great too but IMO that may actually happen so it is not actually in the fantasy realm of this exercise.

So many great choices and I have not seen a bad suggestion yet.
