look who we kept under 30...
i know the league has tilted the playing field to the O... but still i expected much more with the defensive front the rams are sporting... and yeah, i know i know its not the dline that the real issue...
the job McVay has done with our team is unbelievable. I just wish when, we have the lead, we would try to control the clock.
I don't think it's bad game management at times like the last drive yes he was pass happy buy for most of the game KC was selling out to stop the run and he made em pay with passing
The best coaching decision was not ruining Marcus Peters' confidence by putting him on Hill. Sam Shields took one for the team.
I thought Gurley might've been dinged up too, but that last big run he trucked a defender so I think he's good to go. No worries
I do think he was taken out early in the game though to "walk it off" after that near horse-collar tackle. So glad we have Brown to fill in capably.
i think the game plan was to attack them downfield they picked on there corners all night. But McVay has to remember 30 is the closer and should close out our games.
You could even make the argument that a DT is worthy of the the NFL MVP (I know, it's become an award for the QB of the team with the best record mostly, but a guy who still appreciates defense can dream). Aaron Donald allows the defense to be aggressive, and he is an absolute GAME-WRECKER. I don't think the Rams are 10-1 without him.

Another takeaway is that the points started being scored on us when Talib went out I think we have to accept that some teams are going to score on us but we are going to score more
Plus momentum is so important in the NFL. Who knows what direction the Vikings season would have went if they won the game against the Rams? This was a superbowl contender last year that was derailed by a few early losses/tie.
I learned that Goff can handle adversity.... especially when Andy Reid yells at him.
Someone needs to gif this and Andy Reid arguing about the peace sign with the refs.
I learned that MNF offers little cheerleader coverage, and that is a shame. Alas, cheerleader coverage across the board has declined over the years. What gives? Lol.

I learned that with the acquisition of Dante Fowler, he frees up the other side for Samson Ebukam to play one-on-one against the opposition's tackle and be the beast of a DE.

I'm with you on that Mine game, if they'd have beaten us the W/L records of both teams could be very different - I think when you play lights out like the Rams and Vikings did in that game to come up second best can really derail your confidence going forward and vice versa to the winners. The same with this game last night, it could knock Mahomes confidence moving forward, 3 INTs 2 D scores against them, that's where the game was won and lost if you ask me.
