I feel like I’m taking crazy pills with the Goff stuff. This is unreal.

Burgess tackled fucking Kittle. Why is he not covering the slot against a big WR like Jennings? Morris is not good at making in-game adjustments.

Been saying this all year.

Morris failure is not only his shit scheme but failure to identity weak players and get them the hell off the green.

Now in our biggest game we have assignment breakdowns leaving WRs wide open.

We have about 3-4 players starting on defense who wouldn’t even be a backup on other decent teams. Reeder is absolute garbage and we will never be elite with him having significant play time in the middle. I an from Delaware and watched him in college and I don’t understand why he gets so much playing time.

Biggest thing I saw this game in the second half was our young defenders not able handle pre snap movement. 9ers just showed the league a huge weakness and had movement on every single play in the second half. Morris and our younger rams couldn’t stop anything. We all better hope Morris helps them adjust or we are going to get rolled by the cards next week.

This is the 6th time in a row the Niners have beaten the Rams.

This isn't about defending Morris, which I'm not, it's about figuring out why the Rams keep losing to the 9ers.

If your answer is "Morris", I'll just disagree and show my 4 previous losses in a row to make my case.

Yeah Morris wasn’t out there missing tackles. We had a few coverage busts but this game was not lost on defensive play calls.

You can complain about the OL and/or Stafford all day but it comes back to Morris playing extremely soft in the last 40 seconds of halftime and even playing worse in the last 61 seconds of the game.

Make them work for the yards. Play man to man and make them take time going down the field.

The soft zone shit at the end of each half hasn't stopped shit.

Was anyone doing the Chicken Little a fan from 2006-2016? That 11 year span gave me PTSD, ffs.

Now people are bitching and moaning about going 12-5 in the toughest division in the NFL.

Yeah, it sucks donkey balls to lose 6 in a row to the hated 9ers. But with all the pearl clutching and whining, you'd think we were vying for the 1st pick in the draft, not division winners of the toughest division in football.

We may win the Super Bowl, go deep in the playoffs or go one and done. And going one and done would super suck.

That said, we're in a great spot roster wise and look to potentially greatly improve with the return of guys like Robert Woods.

Shit game, I get it. Lots of reasons as a fan to be frustrated and upset.

But honestly, take a Xanax and get over it. I'd much rather have this team than ANY from the "bad old days" and while I'm certainly frustrated and have stated specifically why, I'm still gonna be hopeful because that's what it means to be a fan.

All I care about is next week and WE'RE FUCKING WINNING NEXT WEEK, Y'ALL HEAR ME!!!

The offense underperformed today because the offensive line got its ass whooped. Not because Stafford was throwing pick 6s and going three and out.

This. Havenstein was a fucking turnstile all game. Corbett wasn't much better and Brian Allen might as well have been wearing a gold helmet. Best block I saw all day came from fucking Kupp.

That said, it's 100% on McVay that he kept having Stafford do these long drop backs rather than do something to keep the Niners more honest about simply bull rushing with a measly 4 dudes.. The moment he started doing that late in the 4th, the ball started moving again. Then what's he do in overtime? Abandons it again.

That's been a problem for three years in a row.

So.. conceptually, what McVay decided to do with the Rams defense this year, does not work against the 9ers. Period. They don't have the players to stop the 9ers.

I'm not arguing that Stafford isn't more talented than Goff. But you're saying someone else is crazy for feeling more comfortable with someone he's seen do it.
That's not crazy at all.
If Stafford hadn't thrown multiple picks in multiple games as the season went on and had he looked competent and in control all night and pulled off a win, then sure, yeah, he's crazy for wanting someone else...

Worst thing for next week is we play Cardinals at home. The Cards rock on the road and suck at home. By winning the division the Rams have lost the first playoff game next. Book it!

There was one specific play the Niners telegraphed like 8 damn times. They'd put a receiver in motion and snap the ball right when that receiver got to the left guard. Every fucking time that was a counter left run, and I saw it go for 6-8 yards pretty much every time. They did it at least 4 times on that one drive they had where they ran the ball about 8 million times. Not once did the people on the field figure it out. How come I can see it and they can't?

I think I'm more confused about your confusion? You see fans every year for how many years and from every team....how does this reaction get you worked up? Is this your reaction to the Rams losing to their baby's momma 49ers? If so, I understand.

They had Jimmy G backed up deep in his own territory with under 2 min to play and no time outs. Giving up that score was so much worse than anything Stafford or McVay did all night.

And to clarify why I believe this is so true.

AD, Ramsey and Floyd are making a combined $60 million per year. We just gave up premium picks for Miller.

All so when we get a lead late in the game, we close the door. Offense did it's job by getting the lead
