offense struggled for sure the 2nd half.

but giving up a 90 yard drive in 59 secs was what lost the game.

That's it. It's over. Next year is a new year. Yeah we won some games, yada yada. Coach and team overrated and all pretty good but not good enough. Doesn't matter who we lose to now. One and done. Stafford..... oh boy. Not a good look. See you guys next year. Was a fun ride. Lol.

A defense that got almost zero help from the offense in the second half.

Look at how poorly the offense did in total yardage.. without a short field on a great punt return, they don't even get 20 points.

Our "positional" blocking scheme may help against most fronts, but against the more stout 4-3 fronts that penetrate, it's a garbage scheme that fails consistently.

How many times today was it a jail break towards Stafford that looked like the Rams were running screens, but they weren't?... it was just that all 4 DL beat our guys off the snap.

I really hope we get it turned around. I really do.

I don't want this season to end with the breaking of the half-time lead streak AGAINST THE FUCKING 9ERS and then lose to the Cards.

That would put a massive stink on the season. We need to go deep in these playoffs.

We can... I dunno if we will, but I sure hope so.

I'm not disputing that McVay wants more deep shots. Hell, the final INT was the right decision. It was just a shitty throw.

They were still communicating and not set at the snap. Unsurprisingly, it resulted in a blown coverage. That speaks to a coaching issue.

I swear there was more noise for the Whiners. And of course the Rams couldn’t shut them up. What a choke job. Letting them drive for the TD , then a 8 minute drive where you have to use both TO ‘ s.
All these high payed defensive players couldn’t make one fucking play. Just limping in the playoffs isn’t good enough.

I don't know about limping in. We have been playing good ball and winning games. The playoffs start, every team is 0-0.

Our best players play defense. Whatever else happened before, we were up 7 with our best players on the field and the Niners needing to go 90 yards in 90 seconds

Sorry.. yeah.. they should've won it.. but you can't win if you don't have the ball. Get a first down and it's over.

Three and out surrender punt and put a D you know is gassed back on the field and take your chances.

Almost every other game this year, Rams were at least well represented.

Honestly though with a game like today? What's the point? My section has been reliably Rams all season, but even today it was like 50/50 Niners (I've posted my seats elsehwere here before, you can undoubtedly get a pano shot from the game to see what it looked like today). Frankly, the people who sold were the smart ones. I feel ripped off today. I'll be putting my tickets for next week up for sale as soon as they process my pay as we play payment because this team isn't going anywhere this year. And I'm not gonna feel in the least bit bad about it after what I just watched today.
