Van is still making rookie mistakes. He just doesn't have the toughness. I think he didnt't flatten out the route that led to the interception was the earlier pass where he went across the middle and took a big hit. Also the drop earlier same reason. He should slide down the depth chart.

This is one time I want the Rams to wait till the offseason. We can't trade for someone that isn't already signed and loose him in the off season.
If the Rams throw-in a sixth round pick, they might get-back a seventh.
I think it is more likely that Van draws a decent pick (fourth to sixth rounder) based on his history, but I just can't see anyone trading for Akers when he will likely just get cut shortly.

It seems that his vision is for shyte. He misses holes to run through that Kyren instinctively finds and exploits. Plus, Kyren catches the ball and is a willing blocker. If McVay is trying to make everything look the same, run or pass, Kyren is the weapon. But still, why make Akers a game day inactive? He must have pissed dome folks off.
