Don't really want to counter that but truth is I saw Rams OL with some grips on the whiners too. Rather nobody held but happens too much and refs won't call because it slows the game.
You mean the play when Bosa was holding Hopkins and Hopkins got called? LOL.

I don't think enough is being said about how easy it was for SF to get a quick score at the end of the half. I think that was really the momentum changer. After that, we came out of the half and nothing. Yes all those other things did us in, but that takes the wind out of our sail and pumps them up. It changes everything. We should have gone into half time with the lead.
I don't think your take gives the Rams credit for battling throughout that second half.

Two consecutive drives with careless hands on the ball. Two consecutive drives with the QB maybe putting too much on certain throws. And two consecutive drives with iffy protections. That's what did us in. Game like this you gotta be able to answer score for score.

Rams are very close to where they need to be. But when you rely on lesser options at some point you are gonna get burned. So for now try to win enough games to get that wildcard and then hope we are healthy for the playoffs. Because if that happens then we might be ready to down these fucking clowns again when it matters most.

This is what I saw too regarding the fumble that wasn't challenged. When Hoecht reaches for the ball it touches the sideline paint and would have been ruled out of bounds. The broadcast yesterday (every week?) was pissing me off yesterday not doing replays quickly and with good angles. I hate that but the last one showed a good enough close up from ground level that I perceived it to be out of bounds. Would like a nice angle from above though to confirm but I guess that's asking too much in this day and age of HD cameras with like 10 different angles at one time.

Finally found an angle of it... clearly shows the ball was out of bounds which is probably what McVay saw on big screen as alluded to by Jourdan. Just thought I'd update for anyone who was furious for him not challenging. We just couldn't get any breaks this game and the Whiners got all of them unfortunately.

No I didn't see that one. The ones I saw on the replays I went "whew" glad they didn't call us on them. There was holding on both sides. I'm not saying the whiners didn't get breaks on some of the calls though... they did.
