It was also technically 41 passes and 23 runs according to the box score

The worst part is when you realize the Rams are gonna put this product on SNF against the Bears and then MNF against the Ravens....this might get really, really ugly

Sean's playcalling is terrible with a bad o line. There are no quick developing plays that get the ball out of Goff's hands in under 2.5 seconds.

Do me favour if you can go back and watch some games from last year and key in on Gurley how he ran be it a a 3-30 yarder .. and again go back and watch some of the games from early this year

there’s virtually no celebrating a TD no “ball drop” after a first down no power no passion and tell me woth a straight face he is the same player from last year
Body language? Sorry I am not going to play that game.

this is like deja vu every fucking week...

Not sure about last Bengals... but going into that week... we had attempted the least amount of passes over 20 yards in the league.

When other teams know we can't protect they are goign to be sitting on the short routes... hence the struggle.

The panthers also had 43 pass 23 run ratio
Lions had a 46 pass to 27 run ratio (5 runs from their qb )

yes they both lost but it happens pass run ratios get a little out of whack sometimes

The person I am most angry with is Snead. He totally neglected the OL and spent all the Rams capital on Madden trades. Now what? Seriously they don't just need 1 or 2 on the OL. They need FIVE!

Clearly the offense was built around the run game and PA pass. That was the identity and the rhythm method that worked so well. Now the OLine isn't good enough to support that. Period.

Even if TGIII is done it shouldn't matter all that much if the OLine could still function. We have other backs who can run and catch, as well as a good QB and quality receivers and TE's.

McV's offense just isn't working with a bad OLine. Most don't. However, so far any attempts to find an offensive identity that can be successful with bad OLine play have failed.

Like others have mentioned, i think he's got to mix in a balanced run game with a quicker passing philosophy.

Even when the run game struggles (which it has and will continue to with sub par blocking)....find a way to establish rhythm by just moving the chains more deliberately and only take the chunk plays when they come instead of forcing it.

Now this is an area of critcism i could get behind for snead/mcvay... not this simpleton run pass/ratio crap.

The way they are building this team is looking more and more like its headed for a train wreck.

you mean the game that 90% of human communication is non verbal... yeah that game.
It’s just impossible to read into this stuff during a game.
It is always making massive assumptions about things that are second or two captures of a person usually out of context with other stuff going on.
To make assumptions about a guys attitude, effort, desire, health and how he is as a team mate is really sort of silly.

Oh yah and I like Gurley. But if the guy can't play all the time when needed then he shouldn't be playing at all. The NFL isn't a part time job. The fans aren't getting any discount on tickets while the main attraction is only in operation 50% of the time.

People need to stop being ignorant and start seeing the things of how they really are. Denial doesn’t help when you are trying to make a difference for the good. McVay as well as the staff have lots of explaining and fixing to do.
